Have You Ordered From Crop King Seeds?

I got my small package of stickers and stuff, but never got contacted about the seed purchase. Seems odd to me, but it is what it is... Hope it gets resolved before more "winners" get ignored.

It's been another week of waiting after being told by CKS, again, that they'd get back to me 'immediately'.
I finally broke down and sent them a pissed off email. Detailed a bit of the runaround I've had with a month of sending them multiple emails and PMs -from multiple addresses- 95% of them getting no reply whatsoever. Mentioned that other contest 'winners' are reporting similar service. Including that Feral got completely different seeds than he ordered- then was told that CKS doesn't ship to Australia (despite the fact the they most definitely do as many as Australians can tell you). He was told he's 'lucky he got anything' and 'try to change countries' (!!!!).

Got this response today- entire email-
We do not handle contests. The independent company that runs contests will contact you.

At this point I'm walking away. If they contact me - fine. If they don't- that's even finer. I'm completely sick of dealing with this so called company.

Are you sure you have the correct contact details?

I had no issues, twice with delivery to Scotland of contest prizes. With top quality seeds both times (twice as much as requested)

The pm I sent was to the 420 member named CropKingSeeds. It was in direct response to the pm they had just sent me, detailing the crap I won and asking me to email in my order. Ignored for three weeks now. As was my email with the order, and subsequent follow up emails.
I've sent multiple emails to CKS support - info@cropkingseeds.com from my regular email address. Ignored. I just replied used the same email address that's in my contacts from the times I've dealt with them in the past winning other contests. My email works fine. So does theirs when they choose to answer. I've dealt with them many times using the exact same addresses when I contacted them to get the coupon code so I could give the other CKS coupons away.
When I switched to a different address with a false name they replied within minutes. After I told them the issues they told me it was obviously my fault because they are 'the biggest seed company in the world- there is no problems' as they put it. Lol. They then sent me half the order and then went back to ignoring emails from that address as well.
When I started putting more pressure on they replied to my regular email (suddenly 'working again'?) and said they'd pass my info on to the 'marketing dept'. That was ten days ago. A week ago I asked again and they said they'd deal with it immediately.
Now they're blaming it on 'another company'. It's been the CKS email and their 420 rep that I've been trying to contact for the last month- so I'm not sure how they can pass the buck on that one.

I don't care. I'm unsubbing from this thread. No need to reply. I'm moving on- said my piece and I don't have time for this crap in my life. I've been ordering seeds for ten years and this is the worst service I've ever had by far. I've wasted enough time on it. Life is too short. Thanks for the replies guys. Here they are almost 4 weeks later. Took these pictures on March 4th. It's time to move them further away from the lights. They are getting so big that I am building individual scrog screens to help me control the size of them.
 
It's odd that the mod's or admin are not contacting their sponsor to have them man up and treat the forum members in a way that would entice us to do business with them.
 
We would like to clarify that this prize has already been fulfilled on February 24th as we already have proof of shipping and delivery through Canada Post, which was been emailed to Weaselcracker and the 420 Magazine administrators.

We also have copies of all of the replies to all of Weaselcracker emails. We do not ignore anyone.

In the future we will make sure that communication is handled by just one individual in our company to avoid any confusions.

I wouldn't be so quick to take the word of a forum member as the whole truth. Hang around long enough and you will see it all.

Yeah thanks mate. I guess. I could be lying after all- just another kook on the internet making shit up? Not sure what the motivation would be for that and I'm not about to put a bunch more energy into detailing and trying to 'prove' the whole shitty experience here. From the PMs I've been exchanging with the other contest winners who've been going through this for the last month- I think we are all completely sick of this and just want to move on.
420 contacted CKS and I got an email today from the person who manages their contests for them. She said sorry for the aggravation. That's good enough for me. I'll never deal with CKS again.
 
Well, crud. I just ordered $150 worth from them. Should have read some horror stories first. I don't have the time or patience to deal with crappy customer service. Here's to hoping I get lucky.
