HashGirl Implements A Perpetual Grow

Another outside beauty! Looks like some PM in that last pic so grab the distilled water and mix up a batch of citric acid spray. :)

I told Felonious about it. He's in charge of the outdoor plants. Gloria has some PM, too.

*** MALAWI X PAKISTANI CHITRAL KUSH UPDATE ***

May 23 to August 23, 2023 Update.jpg

Mala is another plant I haven't updated recently so this update is all about her.

Mala was treated for PM on June 1, June 26, July 13 and August 20. On May 22, Mala was 13" x 22". She was flipped to Flower on June 28. She was 26" x 18" that day. She's grown 17 inches since flipping to Flower. She grew 8 inches the first week of flower and 9 inches in the second.

***JACK HERER (JADE) UPDATE***

I haven't updated you on my Jack Herers (Jade and Jazz) since the end of June so today's update will spotlight each of them individually in 2 posts.

First up is Jade:

420 Update Notes - June 29 to August 31, 2023.jpg

I don't think I'm going to have time to post Jazz's update as my GSC high is just kicking in but here are a lot of photos of Jade.

I did something different his time in regards to the flower date. Normally, the day I flip the lights to 12/12 is the day I mark as Day 1 of Flower but this time, I checked them everyday and checked pistils until I decided they were in flower. Jade took the longest to flower.

This Jack looks great HG! Going to be a beauty full flower!

Thank you, Krissi.

I hope so. I always feel like I fail late flower. I must admit, I prefer this side of flowering.

As an aside, are you feeling better / getting the support you need?

I'm pages behind on everyone's journals. I just haven't been home a lot this summer. When the weather cools down, I'll be here more often, I hope.

I have a feeling this is going to be your most solid late flower grow yet!
As an aside, are you feeling better / getting the support you need?
You know, things are balancing out. That's all I can ask for HG.

I was so behind, still behind, finding journals left and right I need to catch up on. You do you and take care of you and the plants and Felonious and we will be here for you! I'm glad you got plenty of time in the sun!

*** UPDATE ON CAFE RACER (CASSIE) ***

Today's update is focusing on Cassie who I last reported on July 21. Cassie is now 66 days into flower. She's quite leafy. More leafy than Dumi and Mala are. She's being fed approximately every 5 to 6 days. Here are her pics:

*** CANNALOPE HAZE (CHER) HARVEST UPDATE ***

Cannalope Haze - Sativa-Dominant Autoflower
Days in Veg = 19
Days in Flower = 74
Harvest Date = August 24, 2023 (Day 67F)
Trim Day = August 31, 2023
Final Yield = 7 grams

This will be short as I only photographed her once after the last update. I didn't even try with this one and the yield reflects that. After I try it, I'll see if I want to grow it again.

Cher was one of the autoflower seeds that was supposed to be photoperiod. The Seed Pharm told me they would replace any seeds that turned out to be autos so I planted and grew all the Clementine and Pineapple Express seeds.

Even though I only grew one Cannalope Haze, they sent me 5 replacement seeds so that was good of them.

Anyhow, here are Cher's last pics:

Cher - Day 61F:

Cher - Day 65F Trichomes:

Cher's Final Yield:

To be honest, I harvested this one on August 24 just because I was sick of looking at her. It didn't really matter to me what the trichomes showed.

Interestingly, though, one of my new babies isn't doing well so I was thinking about replacing her with another auto seed but I don't think I will. I'd like to try the strain before I grow it again and all 7 grams won't be ready for use for at least 3 months but that's okay, I have lots of other choices.

I haven't in the flower tents but I have done this with the vegging plants. For example, Skyla (Skunk Special) is much shorter than her contemporaries so she's on a riser until she catches up.

*** CHERRY DIESEL (CHERISE) UPDATE ***

Good afternoon.

Today's update is on Cherise. Cherise was born on July 29, 2023. On August 18, she was uppotted to a 1-gallon pot and on August 21, she was topped. Here are her pics and info:

*** SKUNK SPECIAL - SKYLA UPDATE ***

Skyla was born on August 5. She was underfed for a few weeks because I took my eye off the ball but she's looking much healthier now.

420 Update for Skyla - August 17 to September 7, 2023.jpg

Skyla - Day 26: She needed help keeping her leaves off the ground in a few of these pictures.

Skyla - Day 30:

That's everything for today. Thanks for following along. Comments, questions and suggestions are always welcome.

Any particular reason? Light is more important in flower than veg because there are only 12 hours of it!

I guess it's mainly because the plants in veg are easier to move around than the flowering plants are and I don't really have anything sturdy enough to hold a big plant in a 5-gallon pot especially after it's been fed. I have a hard time already moving them around.

I haven't really researched lighting for my plants yet. You're probably right that it should be level. I just need to figure out the best way to do that.

FYI @HashGirl

My girls are @ day 45 and I've slowly increased my feed to 3.6g/gallon of Mega Crop one part !

Cheers

Your plants look great, Chuck but I'm unsure of why you posted how much MC you feed them. Do you think I'm feeding mine too much?
