Growings Grows Grapefruit & Creamatic - Grow Diary

I just woke up again, 3:34am here
On a test bud of the Grapefruit which is a bit fresh, but a good hit
Now the Cherry Bomb, which is surprisingly good for a small plant
:hookah:

Smells like butterscotch

Heavy Grapefruit has a hard hit followed by a slow body stone, flavour is best described as vague, a bit woody
I was gonna do a little more lst on the CSS plants, but hey, I'm stoned and cooking Tandoori Chicken
Tried to make onion bhaji too but fkt if I know what happened, but they are bin fodder; a revolting goo and loads of washing up was all I managed
Beer, curry, bong, roll - I'll be back later

The Creamatic is all but finished so they got a 5 minute soil drench in the shower, allowed to drain then a second flush through with Flawless Finish (which appears to be nothing more than Epsom Salts)

I read an article on RQS site saying you can add food grade flavourings for the very last watering - vanilla, lemon, orange essence etc and being the curious type I'm gonna try on one plant see if there is any truth in that
I've always been concerned that a flavouring won't necessarily burn with that flavour, but they are suggesting only the flavour/terpenes remain in the plant as long as the essence is not in sugar suspension - makes sense to me

Off to the GF for the weekend so update/pics on Sunday or Monday
Have a great weekend everybody and thanks for looking in

PS forgot to mention - two are in 3L pots, one is in 5L pot so I will do a side-by-side and compare yields
It really doesn't look like there is anything between them - they are equally pot bound lol

Just to recap, this is my set up nearly ready for the next seeds, getting very tempted to do a Chunky Skunk clone SOG

Maybe a couple of autos too...

I have trimmed them and they are not interfering with the Big Bud/Green Crack so I'll just let Creamatic hang out for a bit - the smell is just too nice to them finish early and they are not very frosty yet

Well here's a thing - for the second time the buds under the ts are foxtailing instead of frosting up, while on the same plant the buds under the burple are finished and snowy as Lapland
Now that is a side-by-side with undeniable results folks
Can't be bothered to drag them out of the tent for pics, but I will if anyone wants to see?
Have you ever encountered this Bill?

Get ya ass into gear and drag them out. I want to see lol.
OK, but one has frequented both the local bar and the bong, so this may take a while...
Oh yeah, and banana bread

I think it's just a bit more toasty under the TS. Do you check temps at flower height?
I think you're right old bean
No I don't dangle a thermo, but I know I probbly should
Bit pokey them LEDs

Good morning @Growings Hope your having a good weekend.
Yes I have actually experienced that .
Ran blurple from the get go , after my hps/mh phase.
Had everything dialed for blurple.
Then put in a M.H. 300 , bright af.
Instantly leaf surface temps changed and so did vpd.
You have to make some minor adjustments.
And monitor things closer.
Less room for error
Both are fantastic looking buds.
Maby 2 harvests, separate for each light for now?

Stay safe
Bill

Wow, I somehow missed this!
