Do you have an old rug, cardboard, newspaper, something you can put under the pots for insulation ? It might keep the shed floor from pulling the heat out of your roots during lights out.

There is cardboard under them at the moment... could probably do with more though... roll on Amazon delivery for more boxes

As low as 10 degree C air temp and 13/14 soil

Extra bubblewrap seems to have added 4 or 5 degrees to that

Yeah nghttime time for plants is lunchtime for me... have no lights to add

But have have added some 2l water bottles... this has brought the temperature up another 2 degrees so far.... (adding water as thermal mass is an old greenhouse growing trick for slightly longer season)

Well temps seem to have improved a little.. 15 degrees C air temp and 19 soil temp... will add some more full water bottles tomorrow. ..

Yep... amazon delivered xmas gifts today so now have cardboard again... will do another layer under and one around grow area...

Temps today were a spot under 20 C for both soil and air....

Temps fluctuating a little bit nothing too bad.... still a little cooler than I would like and temps drop rapidly when I open grow area....

Temps don't really very at all night and day ... it is just cold where they are kept so insulation is the key....

I am trying to be patient....

I think the tricomes are mostly becoming cloudy.....

I am not the most patient person where plants are concerned... I normally grow chillies though....

Temps still not perfect but better than a few weeks ago... pretty constant at just under 20 degrees C... only fluctuating a degree or so throughout the day

Temps plummeted here last night... -5 outside (and in area where grow is) grow stayed at +11 ... which is a relief but also a little low...


Quick One seems to be putting on a very little bit of weight.. hope for more though

Can you cover the floors and walls with cardboard/ carpeting or something to warm them up? Even a few degrees + more at night will help them.

Going to add another layer of cardboard. .. think I need to look for where heat is escaping and plug the hole (if there is one.)

Wish I could bring them in the house....
