Growing Without Bloom Nutes By Farside05

Day 33

The girls are still surviving and thriving on the massive drink on Saturday. Maybe tomorrow they'll need fed again. Today I had to ratchet up the light to maintain the 50k lux I'm shooting for. That will probably be a daily occurrence the next week.

When I started growing learning about the nutes and pH and stuff. I did follow all the schedules.
Anyways. For my last two grows I've feed the same thing every feeding. From start to finish. No bloom nutes.
Here is something current. In week 4 flower.

Looking nice and healthy and starting to stack buds.

I'm also a member of the no flush club.

I don't flush at the end either. If I would have watered more correctly (to run off) I wouldn't have needed to do that semi flush Saturday.

Day 35

Moved the lights up to maintain the 50k lux at tops. Things really could use to be defoliated but I'd like them to get through the stretch before I do it.

On a side note. I ordered some Mega Crop all in one dry fertilizer from their website. They have a coupon for a free 300 gram bag, you pay shipping. It was $4.33 to get it shipped to my house. Makes about 75 gallons of nutes. Might make for a good comparison grow for the next round of plants.

50k is a good number to shoot for? I am about 5" too high for that.. i need to get some racks of sometype to put my pots on so they can dry underneith... something to look for today..

I'll shoot for about 20k for seedlings (first 2 weeks). Veg around 40k, transition to bloom through mid bloom, 50k, and up to 70k in late bloom to try to harden off buds.

Day 36

Really trying to hold off till Monday when I'm off to defoliate these girls some. The GSC's seem more nute sensitive. One of them has some tip burn. The GG's can take more. One of them has early stage Calcium deficiency. On the next watering I'll make some adjustments to those 2 plants. Pics are the worst leaf from each of the two affected girls. Overall they are still good looking ladies.

The spots on the middle one are from low calc? do you use cal-mag?

Yes and yes. My base nute has 2% Calcium plus I'm feeding 5ml of Cal Mag. That girl is a hog!

I am really late to this. With a quick scan back I know I need to go read it. Looks like its a good thing the tent is double stitched. Them gals look great.

Thanks and welcome aboard @JustMeds.

Day 37

The girls weren't gonna wait till Monday for a drink so I did all my maintenance today. Defoliated them and took them to the tub for a heavy 2 gallon watering each. Fed them according to week 6 in the chart. Also raised the light again. They look a little rough but should look much better in a day or two.
