Grow #2: Outdoor/CFL Auto 420 Blueberry & AK-47 Smart Pots With Dr Earth Soil

Yeah I wouldn't sweat it they look great considering the early attack! The LST looks really nice . I know the feeling some days I feel like I'm talking to myself in my journal, and other times where I can't keep up. But I can always count on shed to be there! Glad to help where I can and make sarcastic comments where I can't! Not everyone gets that though...like the guy who took me seriously when I asked him if the bag he put his dope in previously contained creosote! He answered me, "no."

Mmm I love that smell it reminds me of rain in the desert.... but yeah lol. Some people can't tell a joke when it slaps them in the face

Creosote always reminds me of hot railroad tracks!

Wednesday and with any luck the heat wave breaks tomorrow but the Dodgers win tonight!

When I got home last night the shed was 87º, which is an improvement over the 102º high in my neighborhood yesterday! It was the high 70s when I closed up last night and 74° this morning.

Took the plants out for quick pics and then back under the lights. Looks like my LST curved a couple of leaf stems but I moved the wire and they should be ok.

Hmm...thought I'd at least get a "like" in here by now. Maybe no one gets notifications from my threads anymore like Moonshine has been telling me!

I'm not getting notifications

I had been thinking that this grow was really slow and stunted (not like the first ones I planted that flowered at 2", but still...), but when I went back to look at the first pics, I feel better!

Soooooo basically you're saying the patience doesn't get easier?!

Not when you have as few grows under your belt as I do. Also, I think all the variables with an outdoor grow adds to the stress. Tent folk prob feel the opposite tho!

I'm on my first 'educated' grow and have already started another seed to go along with the 2 clones. I'm an indoor/tent grower and am glad to avoid the outdoor challenges for now. Someday I'd like to see how big I can get one to grow outdoors.

Thursday and the heat wave is over! It should be a high of 87° at the house today so back into the sun everyone went. Blue 4 got tied down a bit further so now it's basically flat. I pulled two of the fans down so that the lower growth will get full daylight, and the next wire it gets will be to start the big 90° to the left!

AK 7 has gotten big enough to start bending. Here are the before and after pics on day 25:

Looking great shed. Really bounced back from those critters! Wishing them an extra long veg

Gotta make $$ but can’t wait to catch up & clones. Be easy my man!!:high-five:

Friday and I'll be out of town this weekend so these pics will have to last until Monday :)

Time for Blue 4 (day 28) to make a left turn, gently of course:

AK 7 on day 26 is bending a wee bit lower as a slower grower:

And AK 4 on day 65, still with ~30 days to go!

I'll feed everyone at the crack of dawn tomorrow before I hit the road (6 hours up). They'll be sleeping outside Saturday night as there's no way I can explain to my wife all that goes into the shed-transfer-protocol. It's enough I have her spraying the clones for me!

Hey, InTheShed, I'm just coming over from your first journal and getting caught up a bit.
Good job on that grow and on the detailed journal. I like the summary of each plant and the index of the page for each harvest, too.

:goodjob:

I'll sub in on this one now, -Bo

Thanks and welcome! It's pretty early days on this one - which is really grow 2.1. Cliff notes version is a heat wave freaked out the first set of plants! I kept AK 4 because it was furthest along and I thought it would be fun to see what happened. The two I pulled were in flower at 2" tall, so out they went. Hence the age difference between AK 4 and Blue 4/AK 7. But then, if you decide to start reading from page 1 you'll find that out in long form ;)

Glad to have you G2! Much quieter here than your thread so I promise not to take up too much of your time :) I don't know how you keep up with it but it's amazing that you do!

*I'm the honoured one, you're the first person to say that to me. I always wondered if I would be THAT person, I didn't set out to have a busy journal, but I wanted to have a celebration of accomplishments, so then everybody loves a good party with animals...hahahaha I just said, party animals...lol

*Hey I can hardly keep up, it's my full time job now, so I don't blame yah. Take your time, no rush, hate being in a rush when I'm feeling chilled. My journal isn't going anywhere, that is why I need to venture out and visit others. It's another reason why I try to keep my "crazy fun times" just in my journal and promise to always have fun on the outside too. There's a time and place, so now I'm here, chillin, relaxin, reading, just my pace. Anything to eat over here?

:thanks:
