Expand that's what I did, I cant work due to the hours I have to be home for the boy, have been completely screwed over by the government and don't receive any payments from them anymore, my garden is my only income I don't earn big $$ from it but enough to pay the bills and get by, that's all I could ask I did 16 years of Pest Control, got every accreditation you can think of, gave it up as I don't want to be around the chemicals anymore, sick of being ripped off in pay and long hours. thing is I have no qualifications to get a job doing anything else, I have experience doing a whole heap of shit but nothing in paper which is what they want so basically for me to get a job in another field now id be going back to teenager wages. I enjoy what I do now and wouldn't trade it for anything, its now my job and my passion

Partimus, thanks mate. One day at a time hey. I take great pleasure in the
small things in life. I say to people i live in fifteen minute brackets, it gets
that hectic around here, i cant plan anything.

Someone says "do you want to do ________ tomorrow",
i tell them to ask me tomorrow. haha

Feral, id love to expand, as soon as i get my own place im upping the game
quite a bit. No one else seems to help us out so we gotta help ourselves aye.
I'm similar, been doing the same shit for years,qualified and cant do it now.

Hopefully when they start letting people apply for licences to grow here,
we all might be able to get a job doing it legit. I'll be a shit kicker in your
breeding factory feral. hahahahaha

Ive been growing on and off for over a decade, on all different scales.
My small setup at home is a piss in the ocean compared to some setups
ive seen and helped manage.

I'd be happy for just one more cmh light and some more room and just go
fuckin sick. 4 plants trained hard with two lights.I reckon 20oz wouldnt be a drama
if i set it up right. imagine the possibilities..... Isnt that what they say on the lotto ad? lol

Just a reminder to everybody to dry and cure your plants properly. Dumbo over
here didnt leave himself enough medicine and had to buy a bag off a friend. The
guy is running the same strain as mine.

The stuff i grow has a fruity smell about it when cured. When you smoke it and blow out, you get
good fruit and earth tones,and when you chop it up it's just amazing. Open the glass
jar and the room fills with smell. The buds are a nice green and quite frosty. I take
a lot of care to not over handle my product and cure it properly.

Anyway, the bag i bought looks like little nuggets of cat shit and smells like carpet.
Still gets you stoned and is tolerable but theres no smell virtually at all. Smoke tastes
a bit like beef jerky.

Goes to show how much of a difference is actually made after harvest.
You would not think they came from the same plant.

Really need to start taking into account how much i'm smoking. As my
back deteriorates and my tolerance goes up i smoke more. I want to get a vape thing
too so i'm not having to rip cones all the time.

But yeh, very surprised at how different the product can come out if you dont
dry and cure properly. Massive difference.

One of the cuttings is showing some interest, and the girls went outside for
a few photos.

Im slowly raising the light and rotating the plants to give everything a go at the light.

Thanks feral, im very happy with how the ladies are going.
They seem happy, and very strong. The toppings have
made a big difference too.

I'm thinking this grow i might not bother with the net and
just go for some toddlers fist buds. After stretch,strip
the bottom and see what they can do.

I know roughly how much yield i get training one way,but
why not have a play and see what happens. May have to end up making
a top grid to hang yoyo's to, depending on what the ladies do,
but thats alright. See how we go.

Thanks for all the kind words guys. Been pretty crook so havnt been on here for a while.
Ladies are still chugging along.

Took a bunch of stuff around the bottom off, going to wait a few days and have a decent
defol. Taking advice from feral i havnt touched the leaves on the colas and the spacings look
real nice between buds. hopefully they fill well. kinda liking just letting em go crazy.
the stems are nice and thick. They havnt stretched as much as i thought they would
but theyre beefy and tough.


I should get around to everyones journals soon.

Just took a snap of the cupboard that holds the baby's. The cuttings
are quite happy. I'll get som root shots tomorrow. Two have been planted
up in the little pots. The box worked perfect, just tossing up whether to put in
another grow tube or keep one as a cool white.

Edit, some of the girls have burnt tops,and ive raised the light right up.
Noticible difference without the glass. May even explain somewhat why
the plants are so staunch.
