Graytail's 4th Perpetual: 4x4 Samsung Panels

I am interested to see what you think of the Deadly Sativa. You are one of the ones that loves your landraces and land race crosses so seeing your thoughts on a more modern sativa hybrid will be interesting.
Yes, this!

I have almost pulled the trigger on the deadly sativa a few times but just too many other things to run

You ever tried their 1024? I grew it last year and loved it, was sad that I forgot to keep it cloned. I wonder how it compares to their Y Griega...

:passitleft:

I happen to have a 1024 in the seed stash! :slide:

I've been waiting to sprout it until I'm sure I have my sativa chops in order. :) I've heard very good things about it. I'll have to see how this Destroyer turns out and maybe then I'll run the 1024.

It didn't really grow like a sativa... at least not like those beasts you've gotten, more like an indica with just a little stretch. It had a great long lasting sativa high though. Was nice and early too at just about 8 weeks.

It's good to have that confirmed! After I posted, I went looking for some reviews and grow reports, and it didn't sound like it had been a wild one. :hmmmm:

Nice! It just made it onto the list for the next batch. :slide: Thanks!

Wife and I were talking about DeadlySativa last night and I mentioned the part about losing the memory of what I'd been doing and she said "Yes, me too"!

She called it ambien weed.

Ack, it's been awhile since I did an update - plants aren't looking all that great, been neglecting them, etc.

But I finally took some pics. :)

Ziggy's Zam+ is ready to chop - took her out of the room today and I'll trim her up tomorrow. This one is gonna be 104 days in da bloom room. Heheh, you just sorta find a place for it and leave it alone for months. This is the same pheno I got last time and it's a wonderful pure sativa to grow - no muss, no fuss, just takes a lonnnggg time to finish - almost 15 weeks. It has a loud strawberry smell and a sweet feel on the tongue - nice stuff.

Bluniverse took the brunt of my neglect - toasted all her fans a couple weeks ago. But it's actually looking pretty good, at least the trich growing part seems to be working right. It'll be coming down in another week or so.

GojiPupil will be the next to harvest. The 29th will be 9 weeks, so we'll see. I haven't been paying much attention to this plant, but I have cuts in veg if it turns out to be a winner.

This is AfghanKush x BlackDomina, a very indica strain that I vegged for 112 days. It's distinctly different from any other plants I've grown, all slow and groggy, but it's in bloom and seems to being doing well in this dry environment.

Another small BubbaHash, ready in about 3 weeks.

I have a Carnival cut - kinda wild. :p My training ended up with some topped side branches so it went rangy and wide.

So I got out the poles and tidied things up. :)

This Destroyer and I are just not getting along. It's in bloom, etc, but c'mon. I started another one yesterday, so whatever, screw it.

But Y Griega is looking just like I wanted, maybe a bit smaller, but she isn't finished stretching yet. The cuts take like a dream, too. :slide:

I have a bunch of stuff in veg, but most of is raggedly. Every cut I take has been rooting so I have stuff kinda "in storage" - looking crappy but alive. I'll get some pics when I sort some of it out - got too much stuff that I'm not going to run.

I think winter is here, folks - stay warm and comfortable. :bongrip:

Awesome update graytail! Those plants must love to be neglected because they are producing some frosty buds! The variety you have is amazing. Have you grown that GojiPupil before? She really looks potent! I'm growing a Zamaldelica x Panama from Sweetsue that is a shorter flowering sativa it seems and im new to sativa's so I'm definitely excited. Might have to consider some Ace seeds for some more unique sativa's because she's smelling super lemony!

The Zam x Pan is a cross I made and they all seem to be fairly fast. The male seems to have been a fast finisher. They seem to be finishing in the 9-11 week range. It will stretch about 300% though, so be prepared for long internodes and floppy branches.

Very nice Gray, yes... a bit more ragged than usual but overall i'd say they look good! So frosty, as you say we are growing trichs here!
That destroyer does not look too happy... but at least the leaves are all still green at this point. Wish I could give some pointers... but you know far more than me when it come to this stuff.
And man... that variety...
