It could be SSH, but if it had been SSH why not say so? :hmmmm:

Here's what Ministry of Cannabis says:

The entire process of selection and crossing has been made in Spain. This is a cross between a Haze mother and a particular individual mostly sativa as father.

In scouring the webs, I don't find much about it, except a couple references to Santa Maria. It could simply be because the "mostly sativa" was from Brazil, but if not, the pheno was very similar. Carnival has a certain kindness to it that I've only found in Brazilian strains so far.

MoC specifically says "Haze mother" so we can bank on that. The question is what the mostly sativa father's genetics were. For awhile, I thought it might be a sort of Sour Diesel - the high seems to be similar from the way people describe it. I haven't had a real SD yet though, so I don't know.

The closest high that I've experienced is the Colombian/Thai/Mexican crosses, but the Carnival buzz is "firmer".

Gorgeous deadly sativa buds back there Gray:yummy::adore:

You must be getting all those jars filled again with all the harvesting... :battingeyelashes:

:Namaste:

I'm running out of empty jars. :) And Boveda packs, too - I keep forgetting - - gotta get some more. And DeadlySativa1 comes down today for another 3-4 z's.

Carnival is dried and jarred and yielded 122 grams, 4.30 ounces over 165 days = 0.7139 grams per day = solid yield, especially over all that time. :theband:

She has tails, alright. :)

I let it go 86 days this time. That was probably too long, but the nugs on this pheno really harden up in those last couple weeks. I should see how bad the amber is.

The foxtails are thicker than a pencil and rock hard crunchy. And no ambers on those - all calyx w/trichs. :)

I’m really looking forward to getting to finish a grow properly. So often outside you chop early because of weather ... and I had to chop that indoor Blue Dream early because of nanners and amber trichs ... one of these days I’ll see this late stage hardening up thing that happens :D
I don’t think I’ve ever let something go as long as I wanted. The Critical Mass I have I’m in a fast one tho, and started flowering super early too, so I should get to finish that well - ya for sleep and pain meds too so I’ll really be letting it ripen :)
