Graytail's 3rd: 4x4, HiBrix, Latest LED Tech, Lots Of Light!

Amazed at how short 25 day old is without topping.

That comes from very close lighting from a lot of CFLs. I can get 12+ nodes on an 8 inch plant. :cheesygrinsmiley: I run 4x23 watts of CFLs in a reflector hung an inch or two over the seedlings - they just eat that up. It gets me these really tight early internodes and the highly diffused intense light hardens them enough for strong light in veg. I'm running 300-500 umols over my vegging plants and they've never shown any sign of light stress.

Welcome to the Gunshine State

Welcome to the Gunshine State

One of those states on my "not on your life " list. Sorry Happy Hemper, I know there's great beauty and obviously lovely people, but that gun madness that permeates the environment...... No thanks.

Somewhere along the line we need to stop making the "War on Drugs" so profitable for the police.

I don't blame you Sue. I for one cannot wait to move again, for the last time, out of this infested State.

Thanks SS. I am here to find the best soils for growing vegetables. Then, I will attempt to train my son on the chosen procedure. He has no cognitive learning ability and once I leave this parallel, my training is all he will have.
So, it is rainwater, sunshine, and the best damn growing medium I can come up with. Happy growing and keep up all the great work, it spreads a lot further than those just looking for killer buds.

I can not wait for fall to finally try Docs kit, as it is too hot here to even mix(over 85 degrees).

I think you'll be real happy with it SWOGA. I'm still getting familiar with my Kit, but the results of my fellow growers inspire me to keep working for mastery. I'm mostly learning to stop overthinking it. :laughtwo:

That's so sad. Geez.

Karma. It gets you every time.

Weekly update! :tommy:

BHxBB has been on a beautiful new calyx-building surge, but I needed to get a couple vegging girls into the bloom room and there just wasn't enough space to spare, so I have her in the dark overnight and tomorrow I chop 'er at 74 days from the flip. The second trim got me another 18 grams for a total of 39 grams so far, and that was only about a third of the plant, so ... should be an interesting weigh-in when it's dried. :cheesygrinsmiley:

OHS is the next to be harvested, due as early as next week. I grew this one because I wanted a very aromatic sweet citrus, but it still doesn't smell much like orange, and isn't especially pungent - so far. It was a very easy plant to grow and I can highly recommend it for that reason. Trich production is impressive and it was a gorgeous color for most of its life. I'll know in a few weeks if it's something I actually want to smoke. :laughtwo:

Tikal has started to fade with Cat drench due next feeding. I don' have enough dirt to finish plants this big. Oh well. Otherwise, I like her look, and I'll run the cuts smaller. There's a lot of good nugget production on the side branches. :slide: It's starting to give off its own aroma - can't identify it yet - kinda fruity?

My Desfran is going to end as another mess. I've been running temps in the high 80s this past week and Desfran hasn't enjoyed it very much. I was too tired to pull off all the yellow leaves, but if you look past them, there are some nice buds forming, so I expect it to be rewarding, just not a pheno I want to grow again.

BHxDestroyer has also started to fade but still looks nice to me. :cheesygrinsmiley: I haven't had any expectations for these crosses but they've both been a breeze to grow, and the Buddha Haze pollinator keeps getting better as it cures in the jar. It could be a winner ... :cheesygrinsmiley:

Looks great GT :high-five: maybe hitting the Tikal with a nice GE and giving it a week before CD would help her get through it?

I was thinking the same thing - looks short on N. She had GE 6 days ago and TansWater 2 days ago and was due for Cat in 2 days ... but I could put off the Cat and sub more GE ...

I think I'll try it - thanks! :thumb:

That Channel+ looks like a zombie creator.

Skunk x Big Bud. :cheesygrinsmiley: Supposed to be a fat yielder and very fast at 7 weeks, with decent THC and high CBD. All the reviewers seemed to have liked it a lot. It should be a fun one! :thumb:

Yummy Graytail. :laughtwo:

I'll take this one, please. You can hang it off to the side for me.

Thank you. :battingeyelashes:

I was serious about that branch now.

Everything is looking great in here! On that Tikal, I would think about the super drench. Mine has faded badly, although it is really overdue. It's in week 15 and still covered in white pistols. I don't think there is a green leaf left on it. The fade really started about 2-3 weeks after the CAT drenches.
