Thank you so very much, Sue! That is quite a straightforward programming. I am sure my daughter can follow those instructions. Shoot, if I could feel the buttons and make sure that it was sent to the proper area in the programming, I could do it myself. We really appreciate the time I know it took out of your busy schedule to do for us. :young-plant: .Allow me. The notes with an asterisk beside them are my comments.
How to select a grow mode and turn on the sunrise/sunset, lightening flashes and cloud cover.
There are four grow modes to choose from: Veg, Clone, Bloom, Custom.
* These are the first four buttons on the panel from the left, in that order.
Simply tap the grow mode you want to be applied.
Veg turns off after 18 hours.
Clone turns off at 21 hours.
Bloom turns off at 12 hours.
Custom mode you can choose any time.
All you have to do is set the time you want the lights to turn on. To do so, hold down the grow mode that you want applied. Once you do that the time will start to flash. Select the time you want the light to turn on.
* The arrow buttons change the time by 30 minute increments.
Once you've selected the on time, tap the grow mode button. This will now let you start setting up the sunrise, sunset, cloud cover and lightening strikes. Use the up and down buttons to activate the features you want applied.
* This is a simple on/off choice using the up and down arrows to make your choice. As you choose a feature and then choose on or off, you then tap the grow mode button and it moves to the next selection. The selections are presented as S (for sunrise), S (for sunset), F (flashes), and C (clouds).
Once you're all done, tap the power button to save the settings.
I hope that makes it easier Grandpa. This is pretty straightforward programming. I never really played with video recording, but this is as simple as any VCR I saw manipulated.
Please, don't ever hesitate to seek me out if you need my help with anything. I was more than glad to help.

Boy... I'll tell you... If it wasn't for bad luck, we'd have no luck at all. Everybody in the house has had a reoccurrence of this nasty ass flu. Also our daughter has encountered some legal issues that require us too take time to try and figure it out to take care of. Hopefully, we can get the hempy bucket all set up and ready, within the next couple of days. All that will be left is programming the times into the light. I am more than halfway tempted to use the Growaunt all by itself instead of using the Mars 300 with it. Thoughts? Discussion?
3x3x5 ft. with 2photos and 1 auto.If it's a small area with just a couple of plants the Growant should do fine.
Oh geez, I hope your little one does not have what we have! It's miserable, and two or three days of hardly being able to move. We will put your family in our prayers. :folded-handsYep gramps I think it's okay maybe in flower you could add the mars to increase yield?
Sorry to hear you caught the crap. Our little one has something too.... hope you all heal quickly! ..
I'm just as guilty as you. It's been a while since I posted on your thread. So, no worries. Thank you very much for those kind words!Hi gramps, sorry to hear you and the family are having so much Things going on. Hope you all Will get in balance soon.
Because Its been I while I missed you having a growant. Can I ask you What type it is? I Did find a pic but after 10 pages back I tought I just ask you .
My growant gr240 is amazing, but the mars 300 is Also Nice... so it depends on the type of growant and your Wishes I would say. My mars dont have infrared so i probably use the growant to flower.
I hope that helped a little gramps. Take care and ill Come back sooner This time!
Namasté

I can say that I am proud of you for getting that sponsored grow! Well done, sis! By the way, I'm already there. .Hi Grandpa, when it rains it pours doesn't it. Sorry to hear about the challenges you're facing, but I know for a fact you will work it out.
Wish I was there to help you...so frustrating some times...this is all happening for reasons we will find out down the road.
Now if you're sick I don't want to push you for programming your light. But if you want to push on, just gimme the word and I will help you.
Also, when you have the time...no rush evah!
I have been blessed with the opportunity to have my next grow sponsored by one of our 420 Mag Sponsors, "Seedsman." I will be testing one of their strains they recommend to aid in the treatment of Neurodegenerative Diseases. Would you do me the honour to grace me with your presence during this trailblazing experiment?
Much love Lady G

ours is a G5 Pro 400. The MH has a bloom switch. I'm thinking of leaving it off until flip, kind of like a supplemental.
