Grand Daddy Purple S1 & Pre-1998 Bubba Kush S1

Comparison pics :(
These are all over the place like I've said before. I know what I'm going to do now, though. I'm going to reveg some of these and backcross. I'll be starting seeds for a separate project soon (my third attempt at S2'ing two whorled plants), but I'm going to do a GDP f4 grow to get a father, then pollinate a few of these. This GDP f3 (less-haired mother) is going to be one of them (the second pic is the only other GDP less-haired mother here):

No color at all on the second one. :(

Mother reject chop day here's both of the GDP S1s (I had to throw away half of the first one because grey mold was deep in a few of the the bud clusters, and I revegged the two-headed plant):

They're inconsistent. I'm going to do a grow to find a father and backcross to a few plants I took out (I'll get pics of those up later). But right now I plan to start another GDP S1 grow soon. I'll get pics up of the 4 mothers when I harvest them too; just trying to hold out a little longer on the chop to get more color.

Here's the mother rejects I still have under the light :)

Right now it seems to me that the GDP S1s and the GDP crosses with the original plant I was cloning have the most potential. I'm debating on which directions I'm going with this. :hmmm:

All of these grew out like a Kush plant; little stretch and very few side branches. It's hard to tell what they would have looked like exactly, but I can get an idea. Too small and immature, too burnt up from being in too small of pots which dry up too fast and waterlog too easily. But here they are; all four GDP seed-bearing mothers.
The whorled GDP S1 I tried unsuccessfully to produce male parts with CS so I put it in with the GDP f2 male as a last ditch effort to get seeds:

Good frost and potential for color. I'll probably toss the weed because of the CS sprayed onto it.
GDP S1 I put in at the beginning; doesn't look enough like the original, but I'll pop a few seeds the next time anyway:

I'm going to be germinating 10 GDP S1 seeds again in a few days; a third attempt to redo a whorled GDP breeding project using CS. I'm going to continue breeding this GDP project out also (when I get room in my smaller grow units to do a pollination). And I'm going back to my first generation of GDP seeds to get a father so I can cross with these S1s and the f3 I kept; don't know how long it'll take to get that going.
I put two of the last four GDP f3 mother rejects out of the tent today for chop soon. There's two left, but they're still putting out hairs.

Some really nice seedage going on there PC. Have you ever considered switching from CS to STS for your feminized seeds? A lot easier to use and more effective by almost all accounts I have read.

I just read up on it. I may get the stuff to make it and give it a try; it's easier and less of a hassle to make than colloidal silver solution. Thanks!

I have some but haven't used it yet. Looking for a girl I really want to use it on. I have a few ideas on its what I want to do with it. Good luck with it PC!!
