My plants are still growing so things are alright for me... a little worried about my puppy. He had his second ACL surgery last month and i'm concerned he might not be healing alright... he goes in for xrays Wednesday so i will find out how he is healing.

As far as starting breeding myself i think i'm gonna get co2 set up for my flowering tent and then start getting lights to start breeding... do you think CFL bulbs and florescence would be enough to flower and produce small plants for seeds? I have a spot that is 1.5 feet wide by like 9 feet long and 2.5 feet tall. I was thinking flower rooted clones and pollinate them and bend them and do other training shit to keep them short as i can. long florescence , i was thinking, would prob be best for that space. Any thoughts?

Cool what sort of Co2 system are you thinking of getting, big boy cylinder? CFL's and Flo tubes are more then adequate for any growing project iv seen very good results from both.

As for the space, depends bacause you want to be able to select certain traits from the mother and farther plants i.e. under 6 foot tall, buds are dense with long lasting effect. Clones straight to flower would be breeding blind as to speak but if you was to grow your girls in your normal garden then select a donor, mother with your ideal traits and take a cuting off her she should have the exact DNA so phenotypes should be identical providing you with seeds you disired. Im not sure how you will go about growing and selecting a male as you wouldnt want him to compramise your flower room.

I'm still trying to decide what all to use for co2. def gonna use 20 pound tank. And as far as selecting for breeding.... I was going to veg and take clones and label everything. flower see what plants are doing best and select two of the clones from that take one clone and use colloidal silver on it.... for the first time i think ill be taking cones of all of my strains and picking one to use the silver on then growing out those seeds and seeing what i like and go from there.

Yes that sounds like a good plan, i think my objective is a little dffrent to yours as you want to try and create indentical genetics from your selected mother.

Hey taylormade

Yes i have a DIY aero switchable to a mistic cloner. Aero cost me £60 to make and was the most simple DIY project iv had.

I used a large tote for the res make sure the lid is flat and easy to drill holes for the inserts.

Push to fit white pipe and joiners.

360* spray nozzles (found at hydro stores)

Neoprene inserts.

I used a hot glue gun for parts that were loose and could leak

cheers for the help mate, gonna get 5 of them n 5 c99 seeds n do 2 of one n 3 of the other scrog then grow one of each as a mother n try a 2 litre hepmpy sog (hopefully) if i can manage to clone easily enough

Cool how many clones do you plan to run in 2 litre bottles? how big is your space?

C99 is a great strain i looked everywere but couldnt get it :( cloning is simple just need the right temps to get it spot on.
 
Im only in a 1.2 m2 tent just now in a pokey 1 bed flat but im gonna be moving soon to a three bedroom so will have plenty of space. To maybe put two tents in plus a little space for mothers to be kept. Either way ill be kept busy

Good seeds of vanilla Kush needing to be germinated soon
But I want to go hempy and need help getting my germ seedbed preped. Any help willing to advise me re my plans:

Go to Lowes for seed started mix/into 2 liter bottles painted black. Fill with 75%perlite /25 % miracle grow moisture control potting mix. Add?_____ Uncertain amt of bone meal, Osmocote plus micronutrients at later date.
Have top layer of seedling mix 100% miracle grow. Plants seed directly cover with dome water from bottom? Or top or both? I am needing a good book is Ryan's Marijuana Elite pile of info for $57 a good idea yes but I needto plant asap.
