There is a one side has no holes
that goes to the top, very important. Circled in blue.

Now take the round disc and put in bottom row with dome curved to inside of pot.
Very important. Set it to the pointed end of container.

Then roll it up.

It should over lap 1 row.
Then take the blue screw and screw it in top. Just below the solid row on top.

Now cover the bottom in perilite.
Just enough to cover it.

I use these two products extensively in my pots.
I suggest you do the same.

Now every time I put in a layer of perilite I sprinkle Bokashi and Frass & Dazzle. Then spray it to activate the bennys.
You must spray it or get it wet to activate.

Then fill in layers alternating layers of coco and perilite.
Sprinkle Bk & FD every time.
Until you get to the level you want. I’m going to put my cubes just higher than the pot. I use a stick across top to see how high I need

I want it to sit just above pot level.
I put perilite around rim for drainage

I have a hump in center to get water to drain to outside of pot

Now I’m going to put my clones into cubes.
I soak them in clonex and Roots Excelurator Gold. Then sprinkle perilite,Bokashi,Frass & Dazzle
In cubes.

Then take your clone and sprinkle Microhize on roots.

Put your clone into cube gently. Tuck any roots into bottom of cube.
Then I fill in around the cube with coco perilite Bk FD.

Then into Dome for 2-3 days.
Roots should pop out of cube in a couple days then into pots.

Then take your clone and sprinkle Microhize on roots.

Superlative. I fecked up on the all pots leading up to and including 10 gal pots . I put them upside down, pain to water, but the bigger prob was the roots growing through the bottom. Both the ladies have the bases from the other pots attached still.
Critical 2 had her roots snapped in half during the first transplant. So after that I just left the bases in, thinking it was an awful design flaw on the design. Think it’s the Brit in me. Blame other stuff before I question my own stupidity.ha.
