I know that seems like a simple question. But I don’t have a definitive answer for you. Obviously more is better, but I concentrate on environment more than volume. I try for the best I can provide. And that let's me grow good buds with a great kick. That's my focus. Volume wise though 40 zips is your goal,I know.
So concentrating on environment is going to get you your goal.

These 3 clones survived me accidentally plugging in heat pad.
I’m going to pot them.

I layer in coco and perilite.
And build the pot pot up to top.
Every time I add a layer I put in
Bokashi and Frass & Dazzle.
Then you will have to spray it to wet it and activate the microbes.
This will fill your pot with beneficial microbes. Your roots will love them.
I have a mild nutrient solution in sprayer.

Frass & Dazzle has a ton of beneficial microbes.

Fill the pot with layers till you get high enough to put cube in place.

Make sure the girls are sitting a little bit higher in the pot.
This way water will automatically run to the outside edge.
You want to build roots by watering outside edge of your pot. Roots will chase water instead of water coming to your roots.
Make them work for you.
Don’t let them get lazy.

I have 40 blueberry clones 12”-16” but I been trying to phase out this strain. I have enough for 4 grows here. I have GSC seeds coming. And gelato coming up.
But I hate to waste 4 months worth.
I’m going to crash I’ll decide tomorrow.

Your a busy man bill got any jobs going lol ? , always squeeze the excess water out of those cubes, the small ones for the seed starting , if you did not already , they hold a lot of water and cant rot the seeds tap root quick
