Coming right along man. Keep it up. It's never too late to top, but you'll want to make sure you've let it heal adequately before flip for best results. On the other hand, my last Panama was allowed to get way too big before flip, so for grins/testing I decided to top every branch the day before flip. Her stretch was minimal and she flowered really nicely. At the very least, if you've not run this gear before, I'd let it heal a week to see how the new growth is. Some strains are very sensitive if they don't have an established apical meristem and are put into flower.
