Fanleaf's Huge 42 Cree CXB3590 COB Array Build Plus Other Builds

Anyone know the total lumens on this system?
12x cxb3590 80cri 3500k CD bin @ 1750??

Setup is 4 COBs per rail powered by a single HLG 240h-c1750. 3 rails total. Client says the whole system should be 132000 lumens for 12 COBs at 1750mA.

i assumed 1 cob pre SqFt.

Check this one out. I still use this one when I need to measure up to about 1200 volts. Anything higher voltage I go to my Fluke. I put a can of chewing tobacco on top of it just for size comparison. This is a cool old kit/ homemade unit here.

Sorry I have been slacking a bit on my own thread guys. Ive got a Grams per watt grow going under my 25 chip array and a tent grow going and a new light build going.... Heres a preview of the light build I'm doing now. Once it's done I will really show it off to you guys. It's a 5 chip Vero 29 7th gen. 4x 4000k 80CRI and a 3000k 90CRI. It should be done tomorrow.

Hey fanleaf this is exactly the fixture I wanna build!You recommend Vero 29's for bang fir my buck.
I see you're using the small fan idea you talked about.
They must be working well huh.
Can you share all the parts list and where you got the sinks?

Sure. I got the sinks from Northern Grow Lights. The 120mm's are PLENTY big if adding the 50mm fans. I bought 20 of the fans for under $20 from eBay. Heres the guy I bought from. I made a best offer on 2 lots of 10 each.

I bought the chips from Digikey...

I already had the rest of everything here as far as the fan driver and the reflectors and reflector adapters.
The light will be ran with a HLG-240H-C1400B

BB bin? Not bad for the price I suppose.
The luminous flux is quite a bit lower (10,479) then the CD bin (13,237) though but so is the price hehe

Those BB bins 90 CRI?
 
The BB chips dome say what CRI it is.
I'm thinking the 5 Vero setup like yours will run about $250 or so.

Or 1 Meanwell HLG-240h-c1750b £56.29 (drives 4 COBs at 75w each)

Then 4 120mm fin pin heatsinks, framework, potentiometer and basic soldering skills are required.
