Fanleaf's Huge 42 COB Array Build Plus Other Builds

When the chips get here I'll put them on the c2100 and slowly bring up the power and check the voltage. Probably should get a new kill-a-watt soon. At 67.6v I should be pulling 100w from the wall with 15000 lumen output.

I'm going to go ahead and post the rest of that Advanced to COB swap now. I'm starting another COB project tonight so I'll have that one up soon too. This next one is CXB3590's active cooled. Small panel.

That's not that great though when you consider a 3590 pushes 13,237 at 75.6W bro.

Ya but that's a $70 chip in Canada bucks. The Vero is $38. Digikey doesn't carry cree. The light is for an ACMPR client and he's one of those "gotta have watts!!!" guys. So he'll get 400w for four COBs over two driver's pushing 60000 lumens for a little less than the Timber model. You can change your customers but you can't change your customers mind.

After I spaced the heatsinks I tapped holes in the sinks to run the new wires through.

Then mounted all of the chips.
