Loom, HSC Bigfoot Glue (GG#4 x Humboldt Headband), day 61
Loom's base is almost done. I love how the tops are lining up!
It's going to make a lovely (little) wall of green. Flip is imminent.
And here's a bonus pic of the cardboard box - it was looking particularly splendid to me last night. I've removed most of the books to minimise the amount of moisture being held in the box (thanks @Kismet )!
The past few days have seen much more favourable weather, and I haven't needed the dehumidifier at all.
January and February are going to be good months!
Glad you enjoyed it, Amy! Happy to be distilling information for y'all since I've currently got the motivation to grind through hours of these talks. Don't want it to go to waste, and documenting it is necessary because.. memory, lol.
Haha I've never listened to the Grateful Dead, but I feel like I should just for context!
It's been very satisfying to drill down to the nitty gritty of some of these stories. Many of the key players are still kicking around! It's incredible to me how such important stories and people are still inaccessible/unknown to the larger part of our community.

Fabulous round up of the world of Chem etc. I couldn’t possibly fit in listening to those right now, as much as I’d like to, so thanks for noting some of the particularly interesting stuff!

Great job you’ve done finding the headwaters of some of these streams of thought. Well done. It has seemed a bit like trying to catch smoke in a net, but you’ve chased down some ghosts here. Some of the stories people had made up as legend passed into myth - some of them were pretty entertaining too.
Good on you pinning these butterflies to the page.
Guess I should dust off a few of those old Grateful Dead bootlegsnowsoon.
