DWC - Drip Irrigation Scrog 2400W

thats an interesting idea. the only possible issue with that would be keeping canopy height manageable in a tent. i guess it could be done. what u reckon u could yield, bearing in mind it would be a 4x4foot area and max 3' high. im tempted to just take the tent down and fill the room. but i cant do that without moving my mothers and cloner. decisions, decisions.

if I remember right he was getting 2 pounds + that way. one 1000 watt hps(a good one maybe hortilux super hps) at 1.5 gpw would be 3.3 pounds if my math is right.you have your hydro dialed in as good as it gets bro and you get 1.5 gpw alot lol..so theres no reason you would'nt be winning plant of the month with a monster like that. I might try doing one myself once I have more space just to see how much weight I could get with 1 plant indoors with 8 foor ceilings.

You could definitely get 2+ P's off one plant with your hydro knowledge..
I'd love to try something like that with one plant someday too..

its def something worth considering. would need a large res, and would prob need to transplant so not wasting too many nutes early. i might give it a try on a smaller version first. 2 plants like that getting 6lbs, even 4-5lbs be great, simply because i wouldnt go to prison if caught ;)
 
oh guys i was told if i get 58-65 oz off this grow its average lol wont name names but it was a defoliator hater.
 
running 2 400w would be better than running 1 600w if u are wanting more spread. but then i'd go 2 600w instead 1 1000w. depends how u plan running them or how many plants. im way behind on ur journal, i'll have to read up.
 
This will be for my second grow, Im going 15 plants. I wanted to do a scrog but I dont think I can pull it off in a 4x4 room. So I may go SOG. So either I was planning on getting 6 LED 300w and running 2 flower rooms or going 600w and 400w in 2 different flower rooms. But since I have 10 plants growing right now they will be going to flower right after this journal is done. So im stuck with running 1 big flower room or adding a second, but not knowing which way I should go with the lighting?
 
maybe stick with 1 flower room and really focus on that till u are dialled in 100% then add another room. dont start buying loads of gismos and find out u want to do something else. imo u cant beat a few 600w hps if u use quality ballasts and bulbs, i get what some people get off 1000w bulbs! i def running min 2 1000w in next run, just trying to decide if i do whole room out and forget about tent, that way i can show u guys some bigger plants. so many ideas. 4 1000w hps with mh in veg with scrog? or just leave it wild like the amazon? i want something i havent shown already.
 
See thats where im stuck at, my first grow which was a noobie level is keeping from advancing right now. All that stuff is noobie to me and Im kinda disappointed in my self. Im a very fast learner but I dont want to waste money either. I feel now that I shoulda went with a 600w in the first place but now im taking it as a lost and just stuck between adding another 400w or just going 600w and using the 400w as side lighting or extra light period. I have a whole new out look on what i want to do and how to do it. My next purchase I would want to be satisfied with it for atleast 5+ more grows. So for about 2 years I want ot be happy with my next investment.
 
the dry weight isnt in yet of course, thats just a rough estimate going off how the first 2 are drying. but i dont like being called a liar off anyone. i show what i know, and say what i dont. i spend hours on here inbetween running around like a mad man trying to help others and still improve my game. really pisses me off when someone questions my integriy without no eveidence of suggestion to do so other than ive advised different to them!
