Theres the good, the bad and the sad.

Still, so far only culled one. Its piss poor planning to have this many and a lack of pots, but the whole calamity in getting them started made me think fuck it, just do them all.

And rightly, or wrongly, you love some, and neglect others.

I haven't done a feed on any yet and it shows.

10 went out today.

I kept a cpl bigger girls i knew the exact combos of.

Hopefully more manageable. Look 30 is not manageable, in fact over 5 and im struggling.

But they are in a good home.

6 weeks old today, so that's day 42.

Shuffled everything around, mostly to drop the lights right down on them and give the midwife girls the best large light.

The two bigger ones are girls for sure.

I went looking, I reckon there's a male there, and possibly another, and the rest is still a guess.

I have 6 outside , ill check over them in next couple of days, 5 of them should be close to showing.

Hoping to get 10 or so females, then ill set about figuring which way to grow them and how many are left over for donations.

Might stagger the flip, 2 or 3 at a time, and remainder can do what they like outdoors.

I dont know how long they can stay here, at some point the house will go on the market and of course potential buyers will want to look through in the entirety.

Still enough time to do two runs hopefully, definitely enough time in average settlement. Might just have to adopt them out for viewings.

I have been a long time consumer of psilocybes, and I wont be starting a grow journal, but I've finally successfully figured out how to propagate these things at home,
en masse.

Ive have several tubs just like this.

Since having a bit more free time away from the plants, I figured out how to keep them going throughout the year including the warmest months, which has always been the trickiest part.

Gonna run some tests on trying to trick them into fruiting using a regulated environment.

I have wondered though if low light from grow lights would work?

Essentially they are full spectrum lights, not sure if fungi can tell the difference.

Super curious to find out.

Theres too many, like a lot too many, but without confirmation of sex, Im reluctant to cull any just yet.

Theres homes for girls, its just waiting the time out.

Easy to see the merit in fems, and of keeping a certain type of strain running in perpetuity.

Ill try finish giving the smallest unhealthy ones bigger homes today.

I had 4 days off and just got swept up in hanging out with those people who lift you up.

The misfits, the ones with terrible ideas. Got out under the stars and stayed up till nearly dawn. No phones, just a big wide world and stunning canvas of stars on black, whispering about life, and love.

Sometimes we forget how awesome life can be.

So sexing continues, I have 8 fems for certain, 3 im pretty sure are male, and a bunch of unknowns.

Tempted to flip the unknowns to see if they show.

Strange little development while I looked through.

This girl has started a tripoloid growth pattern. Ive had this kinda the other way around where the grow out of it into maturity.

First pic is kinda more obvious than the second, but its there.

Heres all the indoors. Day 50 give or take.

Bit tricky to get the outdoors girls in, they've gone mental.

Theres a lot to love. Sure its messy, and not everything is amazing, but fuck me, some people do all that and still grow shit. What I mean is that its nice, but its not everything, or my focus. Im looking for weight and quality buds, not attention. Like pounds, not prizes kinda focus.

To be honest I wouldn't even really type anything in here but it'd be pretty fucking boring if it was just old phone pics.

Ill start culls and feeds this weekend, and need to make up some bigger ties.

Plenty of half trained, once I zero in on the keepers I'll push them flatter and wider while I wait for the undetermined ones to show.

Went seen my old time growmie yesterday, and caught up with Miss Canna today.

Ive confirmed 13 (Fucking 13!) Girls.

The fact there are still way more than that has me wondering a little what Im gonna keep.

Simply put, my growmie has 3 confirmed girls, and I think the others are more likely males.

My plan is to send 3 to 5 his way , he has a couple spare homes on top of the 3 we arent yet sure of.

Miss Canna wants 2 G13s. Never grown a Barneys Farm cultivar, so why not go big.

Still leaves a bunch with me. Im trying to decide to do them all at once, or stagger.

The rest were the biggest I had on hand.


So the future plans are taking shape.

Speaking of future plans, tomorrow is gonna be about 97 (36C), I've been invited back to the States , checking the weather, thinking I might yet go haha.

Got a work gap in December. I swear wherever I move to next its definitely out of this shit fuck dry heat haha.

Only managed 2 days work before I was like , fuck it, having a day off.

About to head into the city to pick up a new (old) car, meet with a mate, and gamble. Ok, mostly gamble. Fuck I love mid life (crisis?).
