Duggan Does Blueberry Twist In Doc's Gear - Two Pots - 4 Plants - 1 Kit

Yeah that 347 can be nasty chit...couple years ago, I was supposed to work an after hours job at a pool complex under our watch(maintenance)...I bailed...just didn't feel like it...we had a lot of other stuff going on so we had one of our regular electrical contractors come in and do the re lamping(something we routinely did)...one fella' got electrocuted while 50 feet up in a sky boom...quick thinking by his partner and an experienced ground crew to get the bucket down to pool deck to administer CPR managed to save his life...then the fun started MOL...ESA...stop work order...why weren't circuits de energized...why no PPE...for changing light bulbs!??...made me think tho' of the glove sets we were required to have...but never came out of the box behind the seat of my truck, except for the mandated testing at a hundred bucks a pop or something like that...would have helped in that case...I've changed a lot of ballasts, switches, receptacles while energized over the years...not anymore since that incidence...

...and Duggs...gonna need some updated pics before harvest...sounds like I may have to reconsider my guess...LOLOOL...good stuff Bud!...cheerz!...h00k...:Hookah:

Companies always want the most work for the least money. It makes sense when you just look at profit but it causes lots of other issues. People would stay at jobs longer and preform better if they were not expected to do way more than they should have to with little to no appreciation getting shown for it.

Problem is most company's will keep giving more work to the employees until they find there level of incompetence,
once there, they do not remove the extra work and then the employee cant perform his/her job and feels the stress.

Tremendous observations, all of you.....great to see some real life experience, evaluation, and some critical thinking that is real....

Twice a week is too often - eventually it'll be trouble.

Doc's latest recommendation, and Duggan's too I believe, is to DeStress only when they seem stressed. I recently saw that in directions from a blog post, but no, that's too much. Even when I stuck with a rigid schedule it was still only once a week, and that eventually caused some crispiness.

Checked the prices at Warren's Lobster House for TWIN lobsters: (2)1lb $30, (2)1 1/4lb $40, (2)1 1/2lb $50.
On the southern eastern corner of Maine - Lobster go from traps straight into the pot. Cooked to order. Cloth napkins. Plastic bibs. They never see a tank. Better tasting lobster than Boston or New York.

Where I'm at I go get them right off the boats only a few hours out of traps for $5-7most times I get 20lbs for 100.

Good, for the most part. Been getting into a dark area lately n I don't like it.
Glad ur colas are getting all big n fugly.

Hey bud, call some friends and try to be around people you like as much as possible bud. That's the choice I have to make to keep out of the dark!!! Stay strong bud!!!!

Glad your alive Buck! No doubt you must be sore today. I've seen 480vac lock a coworker up...just like you said....the fall off the ladder is what broke the grip.

In MA that trip to the hospital would trigger OSHA to come right in and investigate. What PPE was worn, documented employee training records..on and on, then the employer fines$$.

Sending healing vibes your way Buck!

You are very right Gazoo! I see it all the time. The people that are salaried continue to have heaps and heaps of work added to their work load to the point that they do as much if not more at home than they do at work. No thanks I will stay hourly and only work when I am at work. Even with our hourly crew we seem to have more and more work that falls onto us on a weekly basis. We have a new supervisor that likes to give everyone little projects to do on top of their workload. She also tends to be overly happy and enthusiastic which does not fit the work environment :laughtwo:

Yep....I've done both hourly and salary.....hourly wins hands down...it's very honest...the more I work, the more I get paid.
