I have 8 guesses so far, but i know i'm missing a few. One guess was right at the beginning of this journal. hash Hound guessed 33,1/3 ounces. anyhow , i'm bagged,...good night Can ,..and gang!
 
Good morning to ya gang! great to see the guesses coming in! 7 days till chop.:surf: Can't believe I took them this far...should see some of the colas ...yowza! Would ya's believe they are still spitting out lil foxtails. Little bits of creamy colored pistils all mixed in with the slowly maturing buds...so cool to see the different colors on the buds now. I promise to get some more pics up before this next fri.....chop day . Got my two boys for a week of holidays coming up, so ...after I drop them off at their mother's , next Fri. harvest will happen....yeepa , yeepa. I've never grown plants with colas this knarly looking. They will get two more drinks...both of those will be GE drenches ...just to help sweeten them up some before chop. Have an awesome Friday gang! I'l try to stay up to date throughout the week . Like I said,..i have my boys for the weekend and all next week so,...Cheers gang....:Namaste::circle-of-love:

Supposed to rain all weekend....Bahhhh!

2-3 weeks, especially HB grown is what will add extra ozs.....AnD Colors!!!! and flavors- TERPs!!! yes those fabulous terpenes and terpenoids..

most naturally occurring color changes occur at end of plants/plant part cycle..

smells also occur and increase at end of plants cycle..ripens to attract/or repel insects, pollinators, birds, etc to carry the seed and plant forward

I would love to see you do a single plant in there duggs. A 2lb plant. I know since you only have the one space it would mess up your timing and plant schedule and such but it sure would be great to see it, ya know?

Can I change my guess? Since this round is going a few weeks longer than I expected i don't think my 26.2 will stand a chance

Morning Dugs! Question for you brother. What does the foxtailing mean? I did a little research on it upon seeing you mention it a couple days ago and seems like there is a good type of foxtailing and a bad type of foxtailing. I am assuming that the stuff you are experiencing is the good kind. But what does it mean in regards to the grow? What are you supposed to do if you see your plant doing it? Does it impact your harvest? Please explain if you don't mind. I think my Durban Poison was doing it at the end of my grow, but hell with it being my first grow ever I didn't know it was significant . Thanks brother!

Yes, my pleasure Stank! Foxtailing is what buds and colas do near the end , sometimes. They are , for the most part , finished blooming in clusters and start to shoot out single or multiple stacked pistils resembling lil shoots of calyx's, emerging from seemingly finished buds. It's like they wanna keep going but they can't cuz theyre done. It's always wise to wait until your colas are COMPLETELY finished and all pistils (or at least most of them) have turned golden and withered back to the calyx. This is when the cola or bud is fully ripe , mature , and ready for harvesting with all , or most of the resin gland heads full and mature. Bad foxtailing can happen to colas and buds too. This is when they start to do that in early or mid bloom...we DO NOT wanna see this happen at an early bloom stage,..only near the end. This 'bad' foxtailing can occur when light is at a very low level or plant nutrients are not in balance. Hope this helps Stank! Have a great day bud!:high-five:
 
Ok cool. Yeah I thought it was a bit odd that only one of my 5 plants was doing it. I didn't pay it much mind, kind of wish I would have let it finish doing what it was doing, but I was starting to get some ambers and I didn't want a lot of ambers on my Sativa so I cut the wench down. I will certainly keep on eye out for it on future grows. Thanks brother.

By the way, sampled my first nugget from that Durban Poison last night. Wow, what a difference between that and what I have smoked before. So freaking smooth and tasty (first time I have ever tasted weed as opposed to the harsh taste I have always gotten before) and I didn't have any urge to cough. And that Durban had such a nice high....fully attentive, focused, energetic. Makes me want to smoke some before I climb my next mountain and I can't ever say I associated getting high and being out in the outdoors together. A definite daytime gem!!! Very very pleased. Will be sampling my Blue Kush after physical therapy today. Hope that smoke is half as good as the Durban Poison smoke was.

Very awesome Stank.....nothing like HB weed...burns better than a fine Cuban...:) My weed doesn't even make me cough...at all. My patients are always saying how smooth my produce is....I just say "I KNOW"...LMAO!
