Drcannabi's - White Russian - Recycled Organic Soil - LED - Teas & Foliar

Since theres so many unknowns about this soil and its abilities. I'll go one round and just let the bubba kush do its thing using just this soil and water. That way we'll find out together just what this soil needs. Then with your help I can do whats necessary to make it better, and you'll also be able to help your friends if they go this route. :passitleft:
I'm willing to potentially lose a seed for experimenting :)

By the time they finish, I should be able to get a brewer and all that good stuff. Plus i'll know whats missing in my soil.

I absolutely love bubba kush! It was one of, if not the best, high brix plant ive grown to date! She was absolutely beautiful and so potent it made me spend a while praying to the porcelain god lmao!!! Havent seen anything like it yet :)

45 years ago I treated my brother to some great hash. He was terribly sick and I suspect hasn't smoked anything since.

lol  I need me some of this type of hash/weed. The only time I've ever puked there was way too much alcohol involved. That's been over 2 decades ago. What breeder was the bubba from Tard?

It was greenhouse dude. It was when I first started with Docs kit

The infamous greenies! Also only puke if I'm drunk and then smoke. It's been about 3 years since that's happened though.

Thanks Dusty! I'm keeping a close eye on it. Right now it's looking pretty crappy. All the leaves have a deformity. Curly and all wrinkly. All the others look stellar so I'm not sure what's going on with the ugly 3 leaf pheno lol! :thumb:

I'm at our little corner of the world that we've been going to for over 28 years. Rockaway Beach Oregon. Spring break just ended and all the snot nosed kids and juvenile delinquents are gone (along with their stressed out parents) lol. The beach is deserted and it was a warm sunny 75 degrees today. These are the days that make all the hard work worth it. We're the King and Queen of the world for a few days.

Sending love to you all!

That's our beach too, nice brewery on beach too.

Cheers

Hey dr. I went out and grabbed a bag of that Pro Mix Organic soil I was talking about. Check out these ingredients and give me your opinion if you would please. Can I cut some steps with this or no?

Hi there Doc - I'm catching up... and was reading this post from Canad420 - I've used this soil mix mainly for seedlings. You can use this product for sure but it will run out of gas once the ladies start flower. You will get behind what the plant needs and it will be hard to catch up. Best is to make a proper soil mix using Doc's recipe or similar. Organically growing canna you need to think about a plant that can flower for 60+ days ... that's huge for container gardening and you need to have a soil mix that has all the needed nutrients available to the plant and micro organisms for the entire grow.

You can amend as you go but without experience with your strain that you like it's not easy to foresee what the plants and mycos will need going forward. This is why we have created soil recipes. We add in amendments in spades so that there will be enough nutrients to last the whole cycle and for me I mix for no-til so that the soil will keep going round after round. My max is 8-10 rounds after that I use that old soil for seedling mix and compost. Nothing get wasted. Start over... round ball. FTW

Hey there Doc the ladies are looking super healthy... what's your amendment for the yellow thing?? I get that a lot and I've tried lots of stuff and I'm thinking <spit> Epsom Salts ... I know I know... wow I feel like biting off my toe just saying that but I have a plant in VEG that was showing classic signs of MAG deficiency and I threw a tad of Epsom Salts at her and she's loosing that yellow like overnight, and that was after I tried my usual EWC/kelp tea.

Thanking Conradino for the Red Algae tip. Doc still working on the Italian Amazon thing .. my friend is well in Italy so sporadic communications... she's coming home here soon so I will sit down with her at a computer and get it done and report back.
