Doc Bud's High Brix Q&A With Pictures

Exarctly! It's a perfectly chromulant word! I just noticed you have all your OTM titles listed Duggan! :high-five:
Whats OTM Ween?
If it's the contest win titles...they still have work to do with those. I'm still missing my two MOTM titles too!
Yes. Before it was cut off and now it looks more complete which is why I thought it was all good. Maybe the mods need a heads up. Maybe you have too many titles to fit, ha! Either way, you the man!
Yeah, I'm missing all my titles too...

FYI - From Teddy Edwards’ May update posted a few days ago...

A note for all our past winners. The new software stripped or curtailed the titles you already have. We have now fixed the problem. All that remains to be done is for us to go through every winner of every past contest, adding in manually your rightful titles. Please give us a week or two to complete the process. It's a long job.

:Namaste:

Great to see you ...always Gov. Hope all is groovin for ya my friend....:high-five: I inquired about the 'titles' and bottom line is they have a lot on their plate , and the titles have to be manually re-entered , one by one ,...there are many....it's gonna take more time. They know it has to be done and they will get to it....ide like to see the emogies finished...member the guy knockin on the door..my fav.
I always liked looking at everyone's sig. too .. I would like to see a MOTM under Neiko's Avatar....
He's always been contributing , for yrs......sort of hiding among us,..only coming out when he felt it was worth it...no guff, no fluff... Much like yourself Gov...:passitleft:....long time kit user...future canoe tripper....:slide:
Enjoy the night ...she's a beauty...:bravo:

Doc and fellow brixers,

I've got some yellowing occurring on a couple of plants and need some advice. This is a Big Bang Auto, day 70 from breaking ground. Environment is near perfect, running under my new Spyder LED. First time running autos, so guessing on time of drenches, amount of nutes, etc. I've been feeding them quite heavy, though I've backed off the last couple of weeks as leaf tips are getting a little crispy.

The upper fans are quite pale compared to the lower fans (see pic 2). The 5 gal pots are HEAVILY root bound. There is virtually no loose soil on top and I cannot penetrate the surface with my finger due to the mass of roots. Well not easily... These plants require a full watering every other day.

I'm thinking this is the mid-bloom fade. Would a super drench be appropriate? Or are they to far into bloom? I'm guessing they're about two weeks to harvest. Thanks.

Duggs, yea, you're probably right about "3 weeks to a month left". Can't trust those breeders "flowering time" at all! LOL! Supposed to have been done a week ago.....

I have to say these autos I'm running like the HB kit. I've harvested two plants: 1) Green O Matic (Greenhouse Seeds) at 19 ½" high (no topping) yielded 3.38 oz and 2) a Tonic Ryder (World of Seeds) 4.09 oz. Best yields of anything I've grown to date.

The pics above are of a Big Bang (Greenhouse). All five are monsters and should produce well. Thanks for the advice.:peace:

5 gallon pots......hmmm. I seem to recall someone saying once that 7 gallons is the minimum size.....something about roots needing more soil, etc.

Super Drenches, 2 in a row, then water once......Then GE twice, strong....then water......the Super Drench.

Next time use the minimum size container, which is 40% larger than the one you're using. ;)
