Getting ready to Up Pot and was thinking of these Molded Fiber Containers from Westernpulp

Anyone have any insight into weather these are OK to use ?

These are Biodegradable and made with 72% recycled paper.
The recycled paper is my concern, Don't they use a lot of chemicals when
they make paper ? curious if anything may leach out into my soil ?

From the FAQ
What are they actually made of? Are they inert as to be able to use them for aquatics?
A
The Western Pulp Round Pots are made with recycled paper, each container is infused with ingredients from the earth, including Field Straw, Natural Bark, and Fresh Basil. We would advise against using the pots in aquatic applications as they will degrade at an accelerated rate.

EDIT:
HOLY CRAP Just read this, Looks like these are out
concerns with using cardboard/newspaper as a mulch
The article you posted on cardboard isn't very scientific and is rebutted in comments that are valid:Namaste:

Whenever you think of paper, think potassium. That's why worm bins that eat paper and crap are not what we use.

Better safe than Sorry, I did read further in the article but don't think the guy in Bulgaria can tell me what
type of cardboard they are using to produce these USA made pots ? Seems there is a lot of room for
concern so until the scientific information is in I am OUT

EDIT: Almost forgot POTASSIUM, Thanks Doc

Update on my progress with the Kit

Surprise Number #1 looking forward to more :)

I am SURE I topped this girl ?
She seems to have her own idea's about how she develops
Good for Her

BTW The damage to the last set of leafs is from my failed attempt
at topping when just beginning her new set:)

Ya, comin' up on 65 myself. I see in layers a few feet deep. I got my 2 foot range with one set of specs, and my 2-10 foot range with another set ... need two for closeup work ... Try crawling around on your back under a car trying to work on rusty crap with eyes that don't change focus between 1 and 3 feet. It used to be easier, y'know?

But hey, y'all be sending me SS money now - thanks! :thumb:

Thats Funny (not in a bad way) just that I have 3 sets of glasses already
and understand exactly what your talking about when you say "seeing in layers".
Has really wrecked my pool game :)
I would have more sets but the V.A. only allows 1 set a year

Doc or anyone else, :) I have a few pots that have some plants in different stages of growth and flowering in same pot(not surprised, i know :))
I will soon be giving CAT those pots..

what does CAT do to plants not in bloom?
Ive experimented with finishing with CAT, no CAT, early, late, 3-5 CATs to a plant, etc but I dont think i gave young plants any before.

Interesting Ziggs, which one was the best for the finished produce?
