Doc Bud's High Brix Q&A With Pictures

Would you say to just mix it throughout the whole pot , or just sprinkle 3/8th cup near the bottom?

I like to mix it into the lower half, but I don't know how much difference it makes. Top dress only small amounts as you don't want to burn the delicate air roots.

Depending on the strain you're growing, it's either going to weaken things or work like magic. Like I said, some strains do extremely well, while others act as if they're overfed.

I've given more thought , and given this next batch of third run soil is loaded with lots of extra trimmings , roots and stems,...and has been cooking for a good two months with regular (first run) amendment , i'm gonna leave it alone and follow your original "special " instructions with this third run. I can always top dress as you say if i decide different later on. Thanks a bunch Doc.!

They all look the same to me: PERFECT!

Yep. Still the same...

I just ordered some beans :D I'm gonna give the girl scout cookies a shot with the bloodmeal and see how it goes. Also went with a fem Malawi since so many of you HB guys have grown it.

Man doc... I can hardly wait till I can afford to get all I need for High-Brix. I can afford the kit but I can't do both the kit and pro-mix. The shipping on the pro-mix is crazy and of course (small town) I can't get it locally. Oh well, I will have to wait. I did manage to get my temps under control, steady 81-82. Anyway, I love the work you do docbud. Just magnificent !
