nah bro.....exhaust schedule.......
too funny though....i want a co 2 system, but dont have the funds for it right now and really dont know much about it......i used to use a bucket system that was suppose to be a natural co2 enrichment, but i dont think i benefited much from that........what kind of co 2 system are you running......have you used it with the leds yet and was there a definate difference to warrant the price
.....lots of questions bro
sorry
Actually..........believe it or not, I havent grown any herb in 15 years! This is my 1st grow ever with LED's and/or Co2........so its all new to me as well. I just do a shitload of research before I dive into anything and wing it as I go....lol
The indoor growing science has changed ALOT in the past 15 years.................So im getting back up to speed as I go.
I grew for years with a HPS.......but that was ages ago............its a whole new ballgame now.
The Co2 will make a HUGE difference in growth rate......its just getting the proper temp and light saturation so that the plants can actually "use" all that extra Co2 floating around.
If all your other environmental factors (temp, humidity, light intensity, ventilation, ect) are not in their maximum "sweet spot"......than the Co2 is just wasted as the plants wont be able to process it. (it could actually harm them at high enough doses)
I dont expect to find the "sweet spot" with this particular grow......but you have to start somewhere huh?
I bought a compressed 20# Co2 tank with an electric regulator hooked up to a digital timer and I have a stand alone Co2 monitor that reads the levels in the tent in PPM.
I started to use it when the temps here was cooler.........crazy explosive growth! (you have to seal your tent to gain any benefits)
As summer started warming up my basement got warmer and my sealed tent temps started to climb into the mid 90's.
My baby girl just shut down and stopped growing altogether......so I turned off the Co2 system and just left the door open to the tent and installed a tower fan in the tent. She recovered after a week.....
So........to make a long story short.....yes, it works quite well! But you have to get all your other environmental factors correct for it to be effective.
