Thanks for coming by freakbudz! I have come to the conclusion that I am going to top pretty much every one of my plants, it makes them so much easier to train and bend the way you want them for maximum light penetration to the low growth and bud sites.

Hey bud, first 2 photos (oldest 2 plant) were both topped at the 3rd node only. 1st nodes were stripped off and 2nd nodes are left to grow. I will pull 2nd node shoots back toward the center of the pot and the main branches from topping will be wrapped around the outside edges of the post until they meet back up at the other side. Just having some fun lol

Thanks OS! They are pretty cute eh, they are looking a little better this morning after their nap too Instead of bright eyed and bushy tailed, they are bright lights and bushy leaves lol

**Update Time**

Evening everyone, hope you're all having a great day! Here with a little update on what's happening in the garden.. I may not be on for a couple of days with an update unless I don't work tomorrow. The Mrs. and I are heading to the hospital tomorrow evening for her to be induced and bring a wonderful baby boy into the world. Going to be a busy time between the baby, our other daughter, work and other chores along with the garden... I'm going to be running around like a chicken with it's head cut off!! Wish me luck

All the photo girls are looking good today. Node shoots are finally starting to pick up the pace on the 2 older plants, it could take me a while in veg to get these plants to where I want them. It got a little hot in the tent yesterday and Hash Plant got heat stressed a little again.. I was testing temps with my hps on at the other end of the room, the veg tent got up to 30 and room was at 26, gonna have to fix that...
The younger 2 got a drink yesterday and they seemed to like it, they went 7 days from pre-soak. Purple Kush is still being a slow poke, hope she picks up. These 2 are just going to be topped and trained, I will wait until they have 4 5 nodes this time before topping.

The auto's are moving right along, only 1 seems to be a little sad, TW#1 has looked like that since she broke ground it seems, might perk up eventually. Otherwise, the rest of them are all perky and happy looking. Will be nice to see these ones take right off during the veg period.


That's about it for today.. Temps were more under control today, it's getting colder outside so this will help being able to open the window if need be. It was 25 in the tent when I got home before supper so that's not to bad. Only other thing I will let you all in on for now... I am going to start a 12/12 from seed solo cup grow! Mostly for fun and experimenting, a bunch of seeds I got left over from "overgrow canada" .. I will post a link here when I get the journal going for that..

**Update Time**

Hey folks, here with an update today, won't be home over the weekend I don't think. The wife's induction got moved ahead until this evening, so baby boy will be here either tonight or tomorrow Can't wait!!

Anyway, the garden is still looking good today, still some slow pokes in the bunch, not sure what's up there. All plants except for CB Dream and Purple Kush will be getting a drink/feed today before we leave, all the babies are pretty light and the older 2 are about 75% dry, don't want them going limp while I'm gone.

I am also starting to think I should have waited until I got my promix hp for the up-potting of the older girls.. The hash plant is really growing slowly compared to the cb dutch treat and even that one isn't the fastest but is growing nicely. Everyone else will be getting the promix on up pots from now on!

All photo girls still seem nice and healthy aside from hash plant with the heat stress going on, at least that's what I am thinking it is. PK is still coming along slowly but looks good, both of the high cbd strains seem to be pretty vigorous growers compared to the other 2. I have been bending back the shoots at the first node on both of the older girls as well, aiming them toward the center of the pots, working good on the dutch treat whom I also pinned down the 2 mains.

These auto babies seem to be coming along nicely, much like my last auto grow, I got 1 sorta sad looking one and the others are fine. All of them will get a little drink today and maybe that will perk up the droopy one, lets hope so Not much to say about these ones, I'm sure they will take right off soon, will likely see a big difference when I come back home after a couple days.

Yup it's sure gonna be non-stop here for a little while, I do still get some relax time in between I just break it up into 5 or 10 minute breaks out in the garage having a toke lol. I will be home for first few days but then back to work after that.

You could try walking to the hospital, lol. When Mom was pregnant for me, she worked as a waitress six miles from the house. They only had one car and it was broke down so she walked. It was eight days to her projected delivery date (third child) - but after she walked to work, waited tables for something like nine hours, then walked home... she went through the front door yelling that she hoped that Pop had gotten the car fixed because she was in labor. He had (err... sort of*), and raced to the hospital. I was born about eleven minutes after they got there. After seeing all the fuss I caused, I decided to never again arrive early .

*It ran (and, apparently, quite well ) - but when they started home from the hospital, all the electrics went out and so Mom spent like 30 miles with her head and right arm out the window in a driving rainstorm so she could shine a flashlight down and see to tell Dad where the edge of the road was... whilst holding me on her lap. I assume the trip home took longer than the trip to the hospital.

Anyway, good luck on the baby thing. Will she be getting an epidural... or smoking a joint, lol?

**Update Time!!**


Hey again everyone!! Been away for a few days, baby boy is here and mama is doing well. Got home last night for Thanksgiving dinner and now back to running around today, so I'm here with a quick update on what's happening before we take off again!

Most of the plants seem to be doing well, starting to get some good root growth coming from the young ones, letting them dry out sure pays off. Temps have been getting sort of warm since I wasn't around to open a window or anything, upwards of 27-28 degrees. I am thinking I will have to build some sort of shroud around the window and hook up some sort of 2 way air exchange since the HPS is now running as well. Hopefully will get it all sorted out soon!

**Photo gals are doing pretty good considering the growing conditions. CB Dutch Treat is moving right along, had to pin down both pairs of shoots and starting making the turn around the pot, it's in grow mode now! Hash Plant is not looking so hot, it's stillg rowing but very slow, not to sure what's happening with her but I'm still saying it doesn't like the hotter temps, may need to start another one of these soon to make up for it. CB Dream is also taking right off, lots of roots showing in the cup, will soon be ready for transplant. And the wee Purple Kush is still catching up, also starting to show some roots in the cup finally, likely be another week before transplanting this one.

**These auto strains seem to be pretty vigorous growers, I like it! TW#1 is still showing some abnormalities and looks sad, it wasn't a drink it needed so we will let the dirt dry right out once again and see if it turns around, not showing any roots in the cup yet. TW#2 on the other hand is growing great as well as both of the Revolvers, they are all showing signs of root growth in the cups already and shouldn't be to long taking off now! Can't wait to see these one's grow.
