I certain think you are right Gray... The whole time I was chopping her I was thinking of what you had said and I think this one is going to be stronger too. I let more amber get there than on the last one so should put me on the couch.....:circle-of-love:

Well I finally fluxed up my flux. I broke a limb off of each end when moving the ends out this morning. I kinda shoulda waited as it turned out my sugar was 40 and I was stupid and now my AK flux is fluxed.........:circle-of-love:

Oh that ain't no big deal. I have always been brittle and my sugars run 40 to 400 every day. I'm on a pump and have been to every kinda doctor and "specialist" there is over the last 30 years and it just is what it is. i usually know when it is dropping or has dropped but I had just gotten up and was stupid. I so want this thing to hurry up and go vertical. I knew I would flux it up but when I snapped both ends I thought I was going to cry. Oh well... If Light can get Broke Ass through the drunken flux I guess he will get me through the low blood sugar breaks...
I think as soon as I get the ugly SBR out of the tent I am going to bring the Garden girl in and put her in the tent and go ahead and let her bloom. The girl that comes here when my fella is working got arrested when she left here Fri night and I am starting to get a bit paranoid with Garden girl out there. The AK flux is impossible to see unless you come into my backyard and up to my back door and that has never happened in all the years I have been here. The crappy part of it is honestly she was stoned cold sober and we had not even smoked a joint cause she had to run to the Dollar Store to get mountain dew. It was also the same police that I sold my car too. It amazes me how much violent crime is in this little community and all this azz can do is drive his state car around and bust the locals..... Karmas a witch.....:circle-of-love:
 
Yea bless her heart... She had left here about 9 Fri night when the azz got her and she had to stay there until about 10 am yesterday. They wouldn't even let me bail her out until she had seen the judge but he did let he go until Sept 15th court date. She has know the jack azz her whole life too. He has some kinda vendetta or something for the locals here. He has gotten awards for the most DUI arrest several times and his wife is the biggest pill head in town. Ya just got to love small town BS.....:circle-of-love:
 
The SBR clone in the closet 49 days in flower was also watered today but I have started to water her with just purified water with 1 tsp of molasses per gallon until she is chopped. Her trichs are cloudy and there are a few ambers on the lower leaves but will let them get a bit more color before I chop her. Seems I will have plenty of SBR and so not in any hurry so may let her run a real good water flush and a good couch lock amber and see what happens. She is already gooey......:circle-of-love:

I must have asked this before, but I really do not remember the answer. You flush using molasses and does this do something to the taste, or what is the reason for this added to the flush water?

Everything is so gooey over there. I can't wait for mine to look like that.

While the unsulfered molasses provides some simple carbohydrates the low ppm of the solution allows for additional nutrients to be removed by the roots from the plant, unsulfered molasses may also improve the taste of the cannabis.
 
A low PPM solution will allow the roots to leach nutrients back into the solution through osmosis and at the same time the plant will use the carbohydrates from the unsulfered molasses. This allows the plant to use stored nutrients in the leaves and medium during the harvest flush.

When I joined this site, you told me molasses can be added at any time. Since then I always use it because of the aroma and flavor it adds.
I've went through probably 2 gallons of molasses since last year! Lol best cheap additive there is. My plants haven't seen just plain water in ages.
Some swear it don't improve taste or aroma, did for me.

It's been around for thousands of years. I believe the Chinese or somewhere in Asia.

American Indians were using it since the beginning of time and probably came across when the original people came across the land bridge.

So I axed my friend "Google" and it seems some Chinese emperor was smoking in 2000 years BC. Was introduced to the America's by the Spanish in 1545 down in Chile. (Source Wiki)

I thought it was already here by then...LOL. American Indians been getting high in that hut for ages...LOL.

Its called plant botany. Same premises goes for just about every plant on the face of this earth. Flushing is also debated, some don't flush at all and claim to not taste any chemicals. And plant science suggest the same. I still flush no matter what.
Some guy discovered pot it the 60s maaaan.... Kidding lol, wondering who discovered cannabis is about as an eternal question as who first seen the sun lol
Funny side story, back when a friend of mine was in university. He showed me some archeological dig they were doing something related to his course, and they were trying to prove cannabis was around during the dinosaurs or his group was or something. and loan behold there was a fossil of what appeared to be a pot leaf. I was high he was high was about 10 years ago. I do remember it though, I saw it with my own two eyes. Not funny "Hahahahah", funny "hmmm"

Now that I think back, that pot leaf must have been massive. Off too Google there's gotta be someone else who's seen this. Or is this common knowledge and just news to me? Hahahha
