Dennise - No Longer The Newest Of Newbies - Not Growing In MG - Perpetual

Maybe not but you either have to disrespect them or they have to have been after you for a long time for them to act up like that Gray.

Nah, I do this all the time when I catch the rural rube vs sharp city cat characterization. :cheesygrinsmiley: Just a reminder.

I suspect the vice guys can pretty much do whatever they want. There's a principle we all forget, those of us who have been smoking the herb notwithstanding: Driving while black is not limited to driving. Our legislators have created a situation where laws are tolerated because they're primarily inflicted on "bad guys". They don't use those laws on us "good folks". So we're fine with all that until one of us good guys gets singled out. It's fine to have those laws for the bad guys, you see, but not for us. So, cops can almost always find a way to ruin anyone's life if they feel like it.

Dennise's local guy doesn't sound so good, and I know these rural communities. He'd find a way to harrass anyone he wants to, just like a sharp big-city cop.. Twas ever thus, twill ever be. But we have all these wonderful laws, so he has all that wonderful freedom. I wish people would stop writing rules, especially when there's no reasonable expectation that the rules will be uniformly and widely enforced. Nope, just for the bad guys, so that's allright with us good guys. :cheesygrinsmiley:

I don't know what to say. I know how it goes. My state is ridiculous also. Utterly. And our gubbanor is retarded. I'm sure you all can figger it out when I tell you he compared alcoholism to being gay. Nuff said.

I thought since he got glasses it would make him smart...guess not!

Pppppfffffffffff, ya, right! I don't think the rest of this country realizes just how utterly ignorant and uneducated, unread, uninformed and corrupt this ahole is.

So sorry Fifi...We are so OTopic here.

Best defense attorney is an Ex DA.
that's kinda what I was thinking latin and after meeting with him I think he will do just fine. He seems to think this is not going to be a problem. I can prove everything I have said and actually everything else is he said she said so we shall see......:circle-of-love:
Yeah, we can all trust the NYC police. :laughtwo: I bet they're all gentlemanly Rhodes scholars in Chicago. And you know the stellar reputation of the LAPD.

I actually have a fondness for rube county Sheriffs. They can be dictatorial pricks, but they run their counties. You don't win when you mess with a Sheriff. Bad guys don't do well.
I can't argue that. When they do catch the bad guys here it doesn't fair to well for them but they themselves are above the law here....:circle-of-love:

I can deal with that. I would never intentionally disrespect an officer of the law actually show me a good one and I would have nothing but respect.....:circle-of-love:
And don't forget the Detroit police. Or lack thereof lol

His own dad says he has a problem with women especially that he thinks are drinking or drugging cause his momma was a drunk and doper. Well go see a fluxing psychiatrist and work it out cause this is gong to cost me $2500 that I really can't afford but I can't let her go to jail. The attorney said he has 6 new clients over the past week all from this same Deputy and 5 of them are women... I rest my case.....:circle-of-love:

:geek: It certainly didn't work for me....:goof:.....:circle-of-love:

If you really think he is a 'rogue' officer you can sue him and the department, well your friend would have too, but from what I am hearing and know about the law in this regard, be a hard case to win and damages probably not be great. But if find lawyer and they think have a case they would be on a contingent fee basis, meaning the lawyer gets a % of judgement if win, usually 33%-40%. My mother is a high end plaintiffs attorney so i have pretty good idea how this works.

May wanna just ask the criminal defense attorney if think may have a civil case and if he/she knows a plaintiffs attorney to pursue it. But like i said probably slim chance. If the cop asked her to search and she said yes, she has no case, but if he forced the search without probable cause may have something, particularly if can prove a history of harassment.

How these usually work is the cops threaten getting the dogs out and you REALLY be in trouble if we find something and people consent, thus losing all their rights. NEVER consent to a search, not consenting can NEVER be used in court of law as indication of guilt, but the cops will make it seem that way on street.

The very last thing on this planet I want to do is complain to anyone about this cop. Been there done that and it was the stupidest thing I have ever done. I couldn't blow my nose without a cop up my azz and that was in a big city.... I can't even fathom what the consequences would be here and I'm not sure I would live through it and honestly don't think that is an exaggeration. I live between him and his father. Not feeling all warm and fuzzy even now and when he finds out it is me that is calling him a liar...... Oh I think that will be enough drama for me..... I really don't care about the money. I can't afford it but it is only money and I just can't let this girl go to jail so it just is what it is.....:circle-of-love:

That's a fact. 35 years ago a officer arrested me for public drunk out of my own apartment and I didn't drink at all at the time. He actually woke me up out of bed from a dead sleep. Ironically... his last name is the same as this Deputies. When that realization hit home my heart skipped a beat or two. My mom and dad were there by the time they put me in the car so my dad got me out pretty quick cause he knew I hadn't done anything wrong so then I had this great idea that he needed to be told on so I went to Internal Affairs.... Don't ever do that!!!!!! I had a cop up my azz every time I turned around and I finally got caught doing something stupid and got arrested.... got out on a OR and then got another visit from said officer and his exact words to me were "you have 11 months and 29 days to press charges against me and you are now looking at probation for 11 months and 29 days.... Have you figured it out yet?" I dropped the charges.......:circle-of-love:

Oh and Craw no she did not agree to the search nor did she agree to blood being drawn. He did however search her and the car and went through her purse but he did not get her blood. She did everything right and he didn't even ask her to take a breathalyzer. She has to go for a pizz test monday and every 3 weeks there after for alcohol and drugs but that was ordered by the judge. It doesn't matter here if you agree to the search or not cause all they have to say is you weaved or your eyes were red or anything they want and that gives them probable cause then in this state they have the right to search. Don't know about anywhere else but it most certainly is that way here....:circle-of-love:

Now I know not to visit. My eyes have literally been continuously bloodshot since I was about 18.

I think I told ya I was making a Worm casting tea but I will tell ya again cause now I have made a worm casting tea. I used a 5 gallon bucket full of purified water, a quart of worm castings, 2 Tbsp molasses and 2 Tbsp fish fert and then put an airstone in it and let her rip for 24 hours.
The Garden girl I brought in looks pretty rough and never went back to veg while outside and kinda doesn't seem to know quite what to do so I gave her a good ol' bath of it and a good drink and hopefully it will revive her.....:circle-of-love:

Have you ever made a bene tea? give those plants all the good microbes they need, could probably combine with that team mixture, just add something like Great White and molasses. But I not a tea expert, maybe not compatible. I just been using The Capn's recipe.

Hope it perks your lady up :)

Craw, if you use fresh worm castings (which Redbud brand seems to be) the biota is in the worm castings. The air stone puts oxygen in the air so the beneficial aerobic bacteria thrive.

Fifi, why do you say the outdoor girl doesn't look good?

My plants look like yours. Starting to bulk up their flowers. Personally, I think it's fine. There's nothing I can do about mine, but you may be able to put yours back into veg. I don't actually know if it is worth all that work, truth be told.

I did add molasses and fish ferts so I think it is kinda the same thing.....:circle-of-love:

Her leaves feel like paper and her color on some of the bottom leaves is yellowing but I think it is just from being outside and it has been record breaking hot and no rain at all. I'm not going to try to get her back into veg. I am just going to let her flower on out and see what happens.....:circle-of-love:

You can still visit Broke Ass... Remember he doesn't mess with the neighbors and I very seldom leave the house anyway so we can just sit here and sample strains.....:circle-of-love:

Garden I answered you in the last post but it didn't post for some reason but if you look at the Garden girl her leaves are turning yellow and there are some ugly spots but I am just putting her into flower in the house. I'm not going to put her back in veg. Don't see any reason to do that. She is going to be so confused as it is there is no telling what she will do.....:circle-of-love:

John Ahhh I fluxed up!!! I potted the Black to Black up to a 7 gallon pot and watered her and I had just watered the Wild Thai and wasn't thinking... dah... and I watered the B to B with step 3 instead of step 2.... Is this a major  or can I just water her next time with step 2 and go from there?....:circle-of-love:
