Dark Matter, Red Sky, Chunky Cherry Thai, BP Skunk In LOS

Highya SO, guys,

I mentioned setting the light timer to the sun's time when I want to put them out. Actually, I adjusted the timer to when I put them in the cold frame. I try to get them in the cold frame to sit for a couple weeks. Next year, I can give them JADAM's Microbe Solution. Since I discovered what I was missing (the last piece of the gardening puzzle), Everything is booming. I'm still mesmerized by the growth of everything it is put to. Happy Smokin'
 
GOOD MORNING ALL UPDATE

Hi, The Black Poison Skunk became dry to snip and bag to see what rh she dried out to and adjust, and cure. After an hour in a turkey bag she's sitting at 57% rh and weighs 8 oz's. The formula still works. I figured 8.5. It's wet weight in grams, minus 10% for branches, divided by 28, divided by 4. That's Emilya's formula from a while back.

I finally figured what this strange weed smells like. Insect frass! Go figure. Sweet bug shit is the only way to describe the way it smells so far. Very sweet on the living plant with notes of mango, bug shit in the bag. I can't wait to taste this one!

There we go. Puzzle solved, yes I remember now Bode. You saved me with that tidbit of knowledge. Going into flower then back to veg like that must take a ton of energy.

I don't recall Van's plants fading the way some LOS grows do at the end, and I'd say he has one of the best-built soils I've seen. Didn't you do one plant in his mix a couple of grows ago and the others in something else?

Looks wonderful Otter! I wish I could grow in the ground but I don't have a spot for that (except right along the sidewalk :eek: ). At some point I'll age out of schlepping!

I wasn't able to complete it. I had 5 gallons of it and it grew well. Then I potted up to ten with the Rev's. Pot/plant size seems to have some to do with it with me. I don't top dress like Van does. That's a science in itself and a big part of his great success in my opinion. So with that I guess our soils do
run out of gas at some point in flower unless fed or the plant size and pot size is right. That's what I'm thinking anyway.

Hehe, we smoked some of the de-seeding chafe and it tasted wonderfully sweet and floral. I'll wait and give a smoke report in a few weeks. First impression is tasty :thumb: , that bug shit smell didn't transfer to the bag so far, just while it was growing and trimming. These plants have all the smells on earth I'm thinking if we grow enough of them!

:cheer: Woohoo!! Phew. I was concerned there for you for a bit. All that time and effort only to get a "bug shit" taste would have been disappointing. At least it would have been for me.

I find all sorts of the strangest odors while in different stages of life. They have never brought anything negative to the end party. Puke ,Poop, you name it, industrial solvent, it's all part of this. And they all have finished in fine taste. Cat piss this grow for the first time, that was strange coming from the other Dark Matter. She smoked floral like a wildflower field. Go figure.

It's changing in the bag still. Not really frassy now. There's a sweet funk going on in there Hard to explain. Maybe soon I'll be able to. It's quite pot pleasant to smoke both taste and high. I'll make a better smoke report after more study;)

The Lady Stankberry is having a grow. I topped her just a few days ago and the bushiness has taken off! There's no sign of any growth up at all. Sweet! Here she is.

BUT WAIT THERE'S MORE

Red Sky is a new love of mine! She's got a fantastic cherry taste and gets us high as kites! It's an up kind of euphoria that hangs for a good long time. I just started testing this one so it's likely to get better in a few weeks. But for now it's ok for the daily lineup for me.
