Dark Devil Auto: A Community Grow Record

New dark devil auto seed into soil. She will be showcased both here and on the roots of agony thread as she sits in approximately 1/3L of soil in an old bottle jack that I adapted to take some soil and a seed.

Seed went in yesterday

I dried my final Dark Devil Auto (for now) over the past three or four days and when trimming it up tonight I saw the same sort of oozing that was posted earlier on the thread :)

I can't wait to smoke this, it yielded around 1 and 1/2 oz which is my best to date (with no training) and it smells absolutely fantastic. A few buds fell off onto my smoking shelf ahem, but the rest is in for cure.

One question though, does anyone else find that it's hard to extend the drying period? I feel that if I had left it another day in the drying tent it would have been crispy (has happened before) even though I had minimal airflow. Anyway, I hear the devil calling me, it's going to be a wicked night :)

My lil Dark Devil. 3 weeks old. She was chewed on bya cat as a fresh seedling and started in a horrible starter soil. Shes doing better now. :)

Wow, she looks great. Can someone rent that cat for a few minutes?

Dark Devil harvested. Day 71 above soil, 75 from seed.

Chopped and hung up, I'll get to trimming her in a day or 2. Some fox tails shot out last week. Had her in the center and looks like she suffered a little light stress at the end.

Day 66

Had her out for a trichrome check today. She's right around 5% amber. Removed most fans and I'll harvest next week. Beautiful full purple on her.

Beautiful plants guys. Wow, do we have a class going or what? STIHL, that's one of the healthiest seedlings I've seen in a good while. Fabulous color in the leaves.

I grabbed my loupe and got in there real close to check. Mine's at Day 80 and almost completely clear, just covered with some of the largest and best defined trichomes I've watched develop in my garden. She's still got at least a week to go, by my estimate.

I don't know what it is I do with them guys that they hang on so long for me, but this is typical in my garden. This one may go over 90 days.

Spawn of Selina Kyle :D

Had some extra Kyle left over so we've decided to conduct an experiment. The Trans Siberian (Kermit) volunteered lol. One cola is crossed with Selina (front), one with Devil Cream (just behind) and a third with Vertigo (way back right).

I seem to have crossed a Black Cream and maybe the Red Poison too. Not sure which of the three parents went to who lol. Must not have been much.. only finding a few here and there, and the ones on the RP are questionable.

Got her trimmed up today. Cleaned out her 2gallon pot and there was just a thick mass of roots gluing the soil together. Not quite as dense as her sweet seeds sisters in this grow, but she's by far the prettiest.

So you have a plant with three different parent groups for seed purposes and others of unknown origin? It sounds like they've been partying behind your back. Lol!
