Curso's True High Brix!

Yep all in the kit, I did have a light leak in the other tent I found last night, it was effecting one of the CVK (shit ton of 1 leaf nodes) I fixed the issue. It was in the same spot this purple urkle was. I was going to give that Purple Urkle until the Sour D's are done and see how it looks, she might just get culled. She smells real nice though.

These have tons more trics than past efforts for sure, and they have a much more defined smell this time around to. Instead of just funky, they smell like pinesol. 2 weeks are going to fly by and I am looking forward to them being over.

That makes perfect sense. That plant screams photoperiod issues.

I'd cull it if you need the room, but if you don't it can make some good hash. It will never grow nice buds.

You'll love the bud wash.

It will make perfectly good butter :) I culled it just to see what was going on beneath all that foliage, pretty purple (pics later) but wasn't going to amount to much.

No Cookies today :(

My White Rhino is like that. So thick with leaf you can barely see the tiny buds under neath. She has been a runt from the beginning and so is her sister that I started about 4 weeks ago and is about 3 inches high.

My other seedlings might need to be tested for steroids if we were in a competition.

I just vaped a small bud from that purple urkle, it has me pretty baked. Wasn't going to amount to anything at all, that was a plant with a prayer, it is the leafiest plant I've grown. I think I might cull that CVK that was in the leak too.

It's time to start thinking about my next round. It is looking like CVK/Sour Diesel/Purple Urkle/Ak47 and the cookies will have to wait. I really want to give the purple urkle a good shot, the last ones life ended because of environmental/user error it had nothing to do with the products used, just the pothead user. I didn't realize that I had a vent open on the mom tent that was right up against a "closed" vent on the MH tent. Oh well its fixed now.
 
I forgot...I made the lemon juice/soda leaf wash and sprayed all the plants today. I haven't gone up and looked at them yet, but I'm sure it washed some of the "dirt" off. I think the spraying is pretty much done on the sour diesels maybe one more Brix application this weekend.

Let me know how the washing works for you! You've got the chef's pallet....If you could hold back a couple buds from the washing buckets for comparison, I'd sure appreciate it!

Sometimes I get so excited about some new thing I become a bit biased in my judgement, so I always rely on "independent" testers when it comes to flavor, etc.

It was odd spraying that Doc, being used to that nasty fishy smell, that lemon fresh scent in the tent was refreshing. I will for sure reserve a couple buds. I have a couple from the dog chasing the cat plant that haven't been washed.

The vape really helps pick up those hidden flavors in the brix weed, now that I see what I have been missing its hard to roll a joint. I remember how everything tasted in the t&j, so I'll have a good idea of how gauge it.

I can tell you that the sour diesel tastes 100% better already. But it barely has the gassy flavor though its lemon pine, more og than diesel, but we'll wait and see what a good cure has to say about that.
 
i hate light leaks plagued in the past till i got my tents just got another a 4x4x6.5 so 4 tents now lol oh and a cool tube put pics up soon,
dammit man the buds look sexy i need some lube a alone time with your ladies (again) every grow you get me with the uber hotties:thumb:
all kidding aside they look wicked good!!!

Grats on the new gear!!! Upgrading/Retail healing is such good therapy. It really makes you look forward to the next grow.

The plants I just flipped are going to blow the ones flowering out of the water. I wont ever do straight 12/12 clones in soil again, they really need a couple weeks of veg. Then again I rushed to get some super smoke too. So wait a couple more weeks and let these plants bloom if you want super sexy ladies ;)

The finishing plants are far from best practice, even though I did follow the instructions, one did pretty much get omitted in that grow, Veg time. So now I am running a Kit properly.

That sour d is a pretty good effort and my best effort in soil so far, quality wise. What I have blooming is going to be a much, much better effort in all aspects of the grow. I guess this is the curse of the chef, we are never ever, ever happy with the work we just put forth. Even is if was the best service known to man, we're able to identify what could have been better and make the changes to improve it. That is one of the things that drew me to this way of growing, I could and do identify with what he is doing here. Trying to emulate what he does is fun and having it almost stoner proof (I was able to stoner it with no veg) makes it the easy part.
 
Hps got brix and water this morning. These Sour Diesel buds are very heavy and very dense, the densest bud's I have ever grown. Even in hydro. I honestly doubt they'll lose much weight when they're cut and dried, which could happen soon as they're starting to show some milky trics. I'll probably let them go more milky than clear and chop them, I don't care much for amber smoke. The cvk is getting really fat and is looking like 3 maybe 4 more weeks until she finishes. These blueberry gums are rock solid, they're small but have really hard buds. The Skunk47 is fattening up and will probably finish along with the cvk.

MH tent got energy/tea/brix and everything in there is awesome. They're stretching nice and getting tall. They've almost out grown the area they are in. I had expected that as the sour diesel finishes the others will move in. The light in the MH tent is maxed out and there is like 2" off the top's.

I managed to break the top of a sour diesel, it's in a rapid rooter and in the cloner, I couldn't let a perfectly good top go to waste.

Looks like things are going mighty fine with your grow, that Purple Erkle looks really crazy, never seen buds develop like that before, really cool looking plant :) Happy that Doc's kit is working well for you :) can't wait to see things wrapped up for you and really like seeing that your enjoying the smoke :)

Thanks Ice!!! I am really enjoying everything about this kit grow. I can't wait to smoke some.

For shits and giggles I'm going to hit this CVK with bloomit for the rest of its cycle. I also sprayed one of each Sour Diesel, Chem Valley Kush, Blueberry Gum and a Skunk47 and will continue bloomit with the drench and brix weekly on these 4 plants. I have more of each to compare so it will be a good side by side.

Here are some pics of the CVK, Sour Diesel and Blueberry Gum, my battery died on the camera before I could get the Skunk47 and the other CVK. The CVK in early bloom is the one that got effected by the light leak, its been sprayed with stress until it gave me 5 bladed leaves. She seems pretty happy now. Their labels were turned to red for identifications sake.
