Couldn't Resist A Christmas Auto Grow

Carmen they look lovely🌸🌸,color, height, flower formation and all.💕I wish I had your training skills.
Thanks Lexi :) I am still learning the training and trying to find a style that works for me. I follow some awesome trainers who are generous with their knowledge and I adapt and adopt different tips from each. I feel happy that you think they are pretty, I do too. It's a funny thing. When I top watered I was always having to gauge the saturation of the soil by guesswork. Now I really have very little to do except check their res water level and visit them to see their flowers that make me so happy :circle-of-love: :passitleft:

Hi Carmen, I use to tie my plants down but found it more work than worth the hassle.
Now I just give them a little training every day or other.
Keeps an even canopy & helps to strengthen the stems.

Thank you Joe, that looks reasonably uncomplicated. Are you super cropping those branches? Are you able to get any closer shots of how the bends are done? Have a good day / night :)

I believe super cropping is when you actually break the inner part of the stem. I just flex the top part of the branch till they lay flatter. Their own weigh makes them flop over, but by morning they will have straightened out some, helping to strengthen the stem
Sometimes if one branch is growing too fast, I will tuck it under another or even snip the top eg. Sativa plants.

Thank you Joe :) They look good. I'll test out a bend like that next time and see how it works for me.

I made a mistake with my table and information in this update. I meant to add that I spotted a couple of tiny brown dots on a couple of middle level leaves, so I decided to give them some calmag and a bit of a feed as they have only been receiving the bloom nutes via swick. I gave them each about a liter of mixed feed solution from the bottles as seen in the pic. That I do by top feeding. I usually feed the bloom nutes from the res.

Sunday 29th Jan Update - 46 Days Old / About Half Way

Good morning and thanks for popping by.

Today I have a couple of questions concerning the two.

1) My flowers are two weeks old. I am worried that they are all clumped together. How does this work now?

2) I think my SK might have nanas. I think I may have hermied her? Please could you have a look and tell me.

The rest is all pretty pics for those who like pics. They both appear healthy, the SK has picked up a bit but is still behind in flowering. The shock of the stem break would cause this.

No guessing who she is :) My Skywalker Kush Cut Auto. I think the last of her pics is the one that looks like nanas, or are those calyxes?

I think it's time to let her go, and see how she does, just keep her as flat on top as you can...I hope you get a little stretch out of her ..

No nanners that I see- nothing but girl parts in those pics..👍

Thanks Carcass. So should I take out all the binds in both plants do you think? I can always make new ones if it looks like anything is trying to get apical?

I was very relieved when LR said those things are female parts, whew! Lol, I know she's a little survivor... more pistils to come 🌸

It's so windy. I've just made crumpets for the kids and I am about to go and see how much damage the wind did last night. Figers crossed

I think I'd take them off for a day or two, and see how they do- if they start getting unruly, tie 'em back down as needed...
I've done it before, chances are you'll have to tie a few of them down again, but that's actually a good thing- it means she's still growing...🙂

eek! fingers crossed, thumbs held! You have a good system so I hope it all stood up to the doc.

Ok great, thanks Carcass.

Thank you. I think that there is already an improvement. I took the bonds off. No defol of undercarriage is necessary. I haven't done any at all. I may open the middle up a tiny bit. What do you think?

Looking healthy Carmen, crazy to see how far along these little ladies are already.

Green leaves and rows of buds, what more do you need? :D :cheer:

They'll show you, keep watching.

I don't see any either Carm. Do you have a certain close up pic of a suspect? Like a tiny long yellow tongue.
