Thats crazy having a 60 day finish on a plant with Thai looking leaves.
Yeah buddy... its a full on Sativa too..... been getting a face plant every time I puff too much which is every time I puff it! hahaha
Well anyone thats been watching here... rolled the dice again and am back up to our cottage in Canada. Went away for the month of August left 4 plants going came home when the night time temps in Canada were in the single digits brrrrrr cottage is 3 season. Single temps is winter time.
So time to go home and chop the golden girl. Got home to several trees that were only 2ft tall when I left. Stretched to 7ft... not to shabby. I guess my soil is finally getting going after 4 runs... not to shabby.
So we are up at our cottage and decided to come home when the weather changes... it's FINALLY summer time in Ontario woooohoooo.... day temps in the 80s and night time low 60s ... ahhh man makes the beers go down soooo smooth. Well deciding to leave when the weather gets crappy turned out to be a great idea. Looks like we are going to be here a while longer than expected. Thought we would be on our way home today but the summer time temps look to be here to stay and are getting even warmer. Its warmer here than in Philly.... that's crazy! I'll take it every time. +1 to the weather network... they have been PERFECT 100%.
Soo anyways here's some update from the day before we left.
What we had to to was move some trees around as they were way too close to each other. Cut some of the LAF down low since each plant is grown up past the lamps we had to tie them down, rope em up and spread things out. Not much light penetrating to the soil this round so the LAF at the btm of the plants had to go.
Also had a very tiny mite outbreak....those little suckers gots to go. So did 2 IPMs 2 days apart... hit em with Monterrey and some Neem and Dr Bronners peppermint soap (a few drops is all) and the usual IPM stuff I use. This always knocks them to the curb usually for the rest of the run. Looks like bud washing at the end of this round tho... knock wood they are still alive when we get home.
So sorry for not hitting everyone's journals, been on the dock and not on the computer or celly.... be back soon enough for sure.....
Here's some pics of the newly arranged flower room. The talls are all Devils Tit!
Trees ... the canopy is about 1 ft above the lights so ropes and chains.....
another tree in the lights
new addition - Chemdawg purple cut from clone just up-potted and into flower.
DT #1 - this is the main stem that I had to tie down - she's laying almost sideways.
DT #2 - Under skirt shot frost is starting.
DT #2 another under skirt shot... lots of long stigmas (hairs) on these plants.
DT #3 - got her tied up in between the lights on the main stem
DT #3 - burnt tops a little but all good, not smoking leaves anyway and they usually fall off b-4 harvest.
So don't have a full room of flowers but what we've got going is going to be the same yield as if it was a full room.
5 zips off the yellow plant dried wt. and all of these are larger than the yellow plant.
on 9/11 when I took those pics the plants were 40 days or there abouts, should be ready for harvest when we get home.
Barring any issues.... knock wood.
