Costanza's 2nd Grow Of 2022

Day 10F. These things going well. I decided to install the 2nd scrog a little early, the plants still need to grow another inch but most of the colas are tall enough and I wanted to try and space the colas out to see how I am gonna defoliate and which colas I might cut off that are too close to each other. Had to order a new piece if ducting since I took off the carbon filter during veg and the current duct is all mangled and wont fit over the carbon filter. Gonna be getting awfully stinky very soon I probably have about 2 to 3 weeks to go before the room smells like a bud factory.

Looking very healthy.

ok so its been bugging the shit out of me all day about the tip burn. I have been searching for answers all morning and I believe its light burn. I had the same thing happen 2 weeks ago to the new growth at the top and it corrected itself after a week of adjusting to the light intensity. Gonna go back down to 50% for the rest of the week and see if that helps
OCD to the rescue.

What's your opinion on this issue ? Light colored leaf tips coming from new growth at bud sites. None of the lower leaves are being effected.

It's usually a nutrient issue.
Ph too high or not enough nitrogen in the feed?
But could very well be light.
Adjust one or the other never 2 things at once.
Give it a bit see if the light helps.

Description: Banana, banana, banana… we’ve all been hearing a lot of banana lately but nothing quite like this! Every Splitz pheno tested had the most remarkable mouthwatering banana ice cream terp face slap! Some were sweeter, and some were gassy, but they all were reminiscent of banana ice cream. Im not sure were the red went in this one, but I’m also not mad at the outcome at all lol. Maybe the intense red cherry aroma got muddled by the banana gas of the OG. Either way, if you wanna smell a banana ice cream terp, here is your chance!

Cherry Bang Bang

Mother: Cherry Cosmo
Reversal: Red Runtz
Family: 60/40 Indica

The name really says it all in this one boys and girls. This isn’t just a little fruity… this doesn’t just have a hint of cherry…. this is absolutely the most cherry max big bang your face off cherry terp out there baby! And if the face banging smell isn’t enough, she’s icy, she’s drippy, she is absolutely stunningly gorgeous. Whether it be the alienistic stack on her, the way the frost builds on the colas, or just the wildly unique smell, this Cherry Bang Bang is hands down one of the most unique plants I’ve come across to date. If you are ready for something different and are looking to spice your gardens life up, then have no fear, Cherry Bang Bang is here!!!

What a canopy! Even the edges and corners are squared away. Beautiful work man.:bravo:

Lookin healthy man good work
Thank you so much. It's amazing how I am never happy though I need to just relax and enjoy the plants I've become obsessed with trying to get a perfect grow and should just be happy that I've improved. If you look at my first couple journals it's amazing how I continued growing they were pathetic attempts but I'm happy I experienced them or I might still be growing ugly stunted shit plants lol

We only learn by experience and exploring life. I myself dont want to get too bogged down in it also lol.

that's a lot of salad lol. you could open it up a bit for sure to help air movement.
they sure are very happy plants.

there's never a perfect. everyone progresses to the best they can given their circumstances. the 'trick' is learning to enjoy the process and understanding there will be both failures and successes.

you should be really happy with how it's going. nice job.

Yeah tomorrow is the day they get their first trim. Any leaves under the lower scrog will be removed and I will thin out the middle a little for airflow and take a few of the big fan leaves on top that are blocking the low buds sits. On the last grow I took too much off the 2 in the front and it effected the yield a lot so this time around the lesson has been learned

as you are in flower i'd advise only do it once. hit them in the 2 - 3 wk window, you can take your time over a few days carefully. it's easy to overdo it.

you want to take in the 15% to 20% margin, the majority from the lower to mid. remember that whatever is left has to get you through flower. the fans drive the process, and are an internal store of nutrients the plant draws from later in flower.

Day 13f tomorrow is their first haircut. Gonna take any leaves under the lower net and thin out middle VERY lightly and remove any light blockers.
