If you don't mind me asking, what is your dad taking them for and what's your blend in the caps? Before my dad forgot how to swallow capsules I made him 2.5mg/2.5mg THC/CBD for his dementia, mood, and appetite. Now I make him canna-cookies with the same measurements.
My father has COPD and emfyceem(not sure how to type it in english but you probably get it). also he had two stands cause of heart infarcts. he is now 73 so i am dedicated to help him, but its a matter of starting carefully. he now gets capsules with 1 drip thc and 6 cbd. i like to see his reaction to it and build it slowly from there.

Any tips or tricks are welcome:circle-of-love:

Thanks NS! I hope he does well with it.

This will be going down with the trim from Brooklyn Sunrise.

I think it will make the cooking process a bit easier with a tincture instead of EVOO/avacado...

Seems simple enough.

Thanks P! But he's decarbing in boiling water? Ooof. 212º isn't really high enough. That's why most folks here decarb in hot oil if they do it this way. With a temp gun to monitor the oil to their min-200's temps.
I'll be decarbing before the alcohol bath... I thought the same thing!
:high-five:

Sooo questions about the MB2...
I’ve been thinking of buying one for oils and tinctures... is it worth it and has anyone had any negatives about it?

Love to know your guys opinions before I go and spend 200$ lol
I'm sure @InTheShed will chime in on this one. I have no experience with the MB2, although I really want one too!
:high-five:

I know my way around a kitchen, so I just wing it. But... that MB2, that shit will make life real easy.

I usually do crockpot or double boiler method for my butters but reading about the MB2 it seems it streamlines the process quite a bit and if cooking a bunch maybe it’s worth the purchase! The oil and tincture mix is what caught my eye as I have mastered my butter stovetop method!
