My "Breakfast of Champions" menu is getting too long. Infused butter omelette, Newty's canna-coffe recipe, and now your steak idea.

There is so much you can infuse.. if you dont like the taste you can really cover it to... not that i ever met a human that did not like the taste LoL. do you guys have the whipcream you have to whip at home? (i am dying laughing now) you can put it in and you wont taste it as much as oil direct in your coffee...

I'm starting to become very fond of decarbed flower directly in with my coffee grounds. LoL... it actually amplifys the flavor a bit. It took me a few cups to decide if I liked it. I do!

Gettin' down in the kitchen today! Infusing some oil for a batch of gummies with fresh popcorn bud from the recent Bubble Gum harvest.

Decarb'd at 240° for 2 hours:
Then put a course chop on it:
And added to a glass bowl, in a water bath inside my crock pot:

Temps have been hovering around 165°-180°
I'll be keeping a close eye on it. I'm thinking 6-8 hours.

Good fun starts tomorrow morning. I'm making a double batch of gummies.

Started the day out with a batch of gummies. Here's the magic mix... lol :rofl:Please dont ask how I calculated these measurements. :hmmmm:

I eyeballed alot of this...

3) 3oz boxes Jello Mix
3) .25oz unflavored gelatin packs
1/2 cup infused EVOO
1/3 cup light corn syrup
1 1/2 cup water

Mixed cold water with dry ingredients until well blended. Add corn syrup and mix well. Finally, I move it over to medium heat and stir in EVOO as the mixture heats. When the oil starts actually combining in the mix, it is ready to go in the molds.



I actually remembered to grab some corn starch this time too. So the molds all got a light dusting before I poured in the goo.
I just tried popping one out of the mold and it released perfectly; no sticking.

They turned out great! Softer than my last batch, but they still hold at room temp without melting. :yahoo:

I love how they have a very distinct "I'm gonna fuck you up 'this' much" line. :rofl:

It's like a built in warning label.
