Here are the 9 cuttings I took soaking in a cup of 5.8 pH water. I take a cutting & trim off the lower growth like this.

After that I make a fresh cut at a 45 degree angle on the bottom of the stem & immediately twirl it in the Clonex Rooting Gel. Once you get a decent amount of Clonex stuck to about the bottom inch of the stem, you put the Clone in the Clone Collar & insert it in the Bubbler top. I have the bottom of my stems about an inch deep in the water.

Then repeat the process on the rest of your Clones.

The Cloner only holds 8 Clones so I stuck one in a cup of water to root it. This is the way I cloned before. Not a great way to do it.

Clones are all doing great. No roots yet but they are continuing to grow in the Bubble Cloner. I'm giving 6 of the Clones to a buddy who is setting up his tent this weekend. Not sure if I'll grow the other 3 out or just flower them with the plants. I guess it depends on if I get things changed over or not before I start Flowering. I'm in the process of buying 2 HPS 600 watt lights to use in the Shed & use it for a dedicated Flower area. The rest is set up already. Just need the lights so buying some used ones today if all goes right. I just don't have the room to grow the way I want in a 3 x 3 & 5 x 5 tent without the Flower Room. I can use the 5 x 5 for Germination / Clones / Veg & then Flower in the Shed until I get the extra bedroom back & can put up the other 2 tents. So in order to keep a rotation going I need to do this within 10 days as the Peyote Wi Fi should be ready to flower by then.

Thanks. Since AZ. went legal I decided to go from a single tent grow to a perpetual grow set up. It's keeping me pretty occupied for sure.

Same here. Allowed 5 plants here, have 5 3x3s with 315s, 1 for veg. Popping a bean every 3 weeks or so. Done it all at once thing, too much 4me. Keep up the great work!

Well chit, not sure which way to go so I'm going to do a 50/50 split on the 8 Clones in the cloner. I watched a Video by Clonex on how to do clones in a Hydro Cloner & the video said to put the stems about an inch into the water.
However, Emilya says the stems should be out of the water & let the bubbles do the work. She's usually right so maybe it works both ways. So 4 will have stems in the water & 4 will have them above the water. Let's see if there's a difference.

Going to pick up 2 - 1000 watt HPS lights with xxl hoods, a 6" Fan, Carbon Filter & Speed Controller at 2:00 for the Flower Room. Got it all for $200 so not too bad. I'll have to order some new bulbs for them even though they have bulbs now.
At least I know things are going to work out real well now being perpetual.

I tend to believe the clonex video over me. I may try it both ways on this next round of clones too. Ultimately though, you have exactly followed my advice, not believing anyone online, not even me, unless you can experiment and verify the results on your own!

Yeah, I just use FFOF & don't add anything to it. Just MC & Terp. Since switching to these products & changing to the Mars TSW 2000 my yields have doubled. Not sure which thing caused it or if it was the combo of things but like McDonalds .... "I'm Lovin' It".

With FFOF when do you start using the MC? I've seen it both ways, waiting 30 days before adding MC and going right away with it. Currently I'm waiting and they look healthy

Yeah, Just got home with it all. The guy couldn't find one of the cords that go from the ballast to the wall so got it for $20 less. Stopped at the Hydro Store & the cord will be here next week for $12. I'll start putting it together tomorrow.

I think it will work both ways. It is fun experimenting though. I'm doing a lot of that this grow just to see what happens. All 4 plants have been topped & trained differently so it's kind of cool seeing the way they branch out. I'm hoping to discover the way I get the most & the sturdiest branches possible that support large colas.

I've done it both ways. Mr Sauga told me I could water from day 1 with MC so I did it & no damage so I kept doing it.
Hasn't been an issue for me.

Here's a pic of some of the stuff I bought today. Other light & ballast is still in the car. Went through my cords & found 3 for the 120 V & 1 for the 240 V ballast plugs. Thought I might have some but just wasn't sure so ordered one.

Anyway, I thought I'd try to show the different branch training I've been playing with. This is the Bruce Banger. She was topped between the 4th & 5th node. Her 1st node branches were removed & the 2nd & 3rd nodes were quad-lined.
Well then I Topped the 2 Tops that were growing up & now there are 4 branches up top instead of 2. These 4 branches will get Super Cropped before Flower. I also topped the ends of each of the quad branches so there are 2 branches on the ends of each quad branch now. Just a bunch of LST now till we get closer to flower.

The White Widow. She has only been topped 1 time. The rest has been all LST with her. I even tied back the 2 branches that grew out where I topped. As you can see the side branches are coming up to the top & filling in that area.

Here's the Gorilla Girl & a shot of all 3. Gorilla Girl was Topped between the 2nd & 3rd nodes. 1st node was removed & the 4 branches that grew out have been LST'd. I've also topped the ends on all 4 branches.
Maybe these pics will give you guys some ideas to try of your own. Gets boring doing the same thing over & over.

The "Peyote Wi Fi". She's starting to get really nice looking. She was Topped & Quad-Lined & has just been Super Cropped. I think she's about wide enough for Flower; so I'll let her grow upward a quick minute before we go 12/12.
