Clrwatrtom's 1st Grow

I think you would have done just as good without it tbh, for the amount of extra cost. There’s enough co2 in our houses from us breathing in it. Did you run a closed air system where exhaust runs back into the tent ? You need atleast 750ppm to really make a huge difference , and you can increase yields by 30-40% but everything else has to be different heat light intensity , just a lot of factors for a first time grower, so unless you kept the grow space on a closed air system it would be hard to maintain the proper ppm in the space . So the question , was it a closed system or exhausting outside the tent ?

Now there we finally can see the true colors! Beautiful! Hold down the shutter release half way to get the autofocus zoomed in on a bud, and then press it the rest of the way to take a great shot.
Thank you Emmy. i truly love you for the way you teach, share and love on us who only want to succeed to make meds to use and share vwith others who need it.
:adore::adore:

Thank you Dean. you're the first to reply to my co2 questions. please enlighten me as i stopped monitoring co2 in my tent because nobody watching this thread was tracking that. i would love to hear your take on what i'm doing and co2 as well.

I am guilty of ignoring those comments too... sorry, but I have an instinctual eye roll reflex when I hear someone in a non sealed environment talking about adding co2. I believe I get just as much co2 as the plants can use by keeping my air exchange rate high.

it exhausts outside the tent

So like emilya said , there’s no point in running co2 if it’s not a closed system, and you need your Ppms atleast to the 750 but optimal is 1200-1500ppms and you need more intense light when running co2 enriched environment . But I agree that if there is enough air exchange in the tent and it’s in your house you and your family provide enough co2 to keep it going . Plus with co2

Idk if this is allowed , but since I don’t see anyone else helping with it. And I nearly have just read about it go to

How often are you watering these girls may I ask ?? And how big of pots are they in , I’m just curious. I water my plant everyday it’s in a 10 gal smart pot with 15 gal of medium inside ( try to figure that out haha) but I put about 4 cups a day into it, and do a full drench every 3-4 days. I add the 4 cups to the top and the very outside 4 inches around to try and keep it all moist until all the water throughout is used , I add the 4 cups so the top of my medium doesn’t get bone dry before the bottom and middle do. I’m just curious on what your watering schedule and how you do it.

@DeanWest89 Have you grown with this technique before or is this first grow?

I have found in past that the top of your soil should almost alwsys be dry that helps protect your soil underneath also when your top is dry and when it is time to water because it is dry helps suck oxygen down into roots but if wet the water merely flows down thru soil to fast.

But saying that if your method is working for you :thumb: no worries than.
