Clones In Soil: Hybrid Perpetual Grow 2021/2022

Here are the ladies after setting up the scrg net. Makes me so excited to see their progress compared to my first grow. :circle-of-love:

I think you should have the net above them so you can feed them through it as they grow. I'm not sure what it does for you at this height.
So do you think I should add another net Bc I don’t think I can move this one anymore. I wasn’t sure how high I should put the net. I did feed them through this one.

I might be able to move it up s lil, now that I’m looking at it a little closer. But I have seen others add 2 scrog nets.

You can leave it but I would add another one about 3" above the tops when you flip.
Ok, should I keep tying them down as they get taller or just let them grow at this point?

As long as you have a screen I would keep feeding them them under to fill in as many squares as possible.
Ok, I went ahead and put the scrog at 15 inches above the pot. But the middle is sagging a bit.

Just out of curiosity, what's your intent with the net? You've already done the LST, and you have four plants in there so you're pretty much wall to wall.
Idk I just thought it would help me keep the canopy in check and not lose so much light directly in the middle. But that’s all I got. So what next if no scrog net? Just let them grow from here? I really need a play by play or I just have a hard time I guess lol thanks again shed for all your help!

I see a scrog net as serving two purposes: one is to fill the tent with a flat canopy, usually when there is room around the plants in order to spread them out and fill the net. The other is as a support in flower to prevent the tops from falling over.

Since already have a canopy that is pretty flat and wall to wall, I'm not sure you will gain a lot from having it down low. Though you do have one taller plant in the back corner you could try feeding back under.

If there is still room in the middle of the tent you could use it to feed some leaders there, though personally I would put the first net above the height of the tops and do that during stretch.

Hello ladybird :)

Your grow is looking bang on. You even manage to make a scrog net look good.

Gear change tho, is it just me, or does the word scrog net sound awful? I would have called it a grace net, green + lace, or a grow rug, green + throw rug. Lollll
Hey Trala, omg totally love that movie Ladybird. I just can’t with that scrog word, every time I try and explain what I’m doing I get this weird look followed by, “your what”? Lmao I like grace net myself!

The taller plant in the back is mainly why I added the net Bc I know from my last sativa plant that if I don’t get her growing under control she will go wild. And I really don’t want that to happen again.

Ok so I guess I’ll use the scrog net to keep the taller branches in check and move it up next week when I flip.

I watered on Thursday with nutes. they took about a gallon each with runoff and are now wanting more water. This tells me I can water with nutes again by this weekend. and I can flip next week instead of in 2 weeks like I originally planned. This makes me so excited!

I would tie it down, supercrop, or top it rather than try to fit it under the net. If it's under a net it will either take over the other plants. It's gotta grow somewhere!

I would also move it to the front since it's obviously the problem child.
Ok I’ll look into supercrop Bc I’m not too sure exactly what that is. Sounds like I need to move the net either way. Maybe I can use those tall green sticks I have to tie the taller ones too.
