If it ever bleaches the tips then if just a tiny quarter inch perfect. You should be cutting those off for back building anyway and it's a good sign you have maximum light intensity. If more bleaching than just tips raise it a little and monitor.

As for what is minim distance without a nover maybe 6" I would guess and you might start to get bleaching. That's whist I had before the nover.

Used to more light than a northern lights and so on.

So perhaps my methods work for my plants, but use your own judgement and distances.

I found it a lot easier to start off with man and it worked out well for me from the very start and I had a fairly good final product but this time around I'm finding it a lot different.Could have been beginners luck the last time around. I'm probably over-thinking the whole thing too this time around.So many contrary views on what works best with LED whereas I found with Hps I just made sure it was above the plants enough not to burn them and gave them low nute doses and a flush after very few feeds.Seemed to be way easier for me in that sense

I recently harvested a pineapple chunk that was on the 700w(true 300) mars equiv reflector. It got real tall and yes was around 6 inches from light. I had the large 4 main cola's get exactly as you described it and had zero ill effects from it. Never thought of it as positive as you OG where I def was getting max intensity. Harvest was good and like I said no ill from the 1/4-1/2 inch bleached tops. So the max helped me out

Those seedlings are at 500ppm veg feed too.

I like the Build... My only issue.... heheh I had a similar size tent and I was a noob and wanted to flower in it ..lol
That didn't work out so good as my plants wanted more room than that.
That is a great size for veg for me!. But I am far too lucky and have great support from my family. state Legal etc so I have been able to expand 150% of my space since then. I basically have an 4x10 foot room for flower and a 8x10 work/Veg room.. spoiled..

I do love how it is all self contained for you like that. Perfect garage all contained stealth grow and such!
You do good work! It came out perfect.

Yeah it's hilarious how people pay so much for platinum LEDs haha.
I try to tell them in the various which leds should I buy threads that the best led is about bang for the buck but no one listens. Everyone who was stupid enough to waste way too much money on platinum or the other over priced stuff wants to pretend they didn't waste money...

But I do remember the thread where the platinum guy was coming down real hard on buddrogreen calling him a shill account and trying to make it all seem like buddro was lying.
