ChemDawg D BX 3

The Chem clone/reveg I put through a SCROG needs to be spread out some,

but I have to get this CDDBX3 plant

and an unstable cross I did (here's a nug pic of it, 818 Headband x GDP)

out of the unit first. It's going to be a few weeks yet; I hope the stems don't harden off. Post more pics soon.....

Well, CDDBX3-4 is a stretcher; it's running up dang near into the lights. It looks and grows strong, but the lower branches are a little weak (small pots and growing SOG style; not enough light under the canopy so they stretch). The buds grow fast too. It looks like one of the easy manicure structure plants with spacing between the buds and nodes with not too much leaf in the buds. There's one plant of the remaining 4 females that looks different; I won't be using that one as a mother unless it shows something spectacular. I would probably have to go 2 or 3 more generations instead of the 1 generation I think I have left for stabilization of this if I used that one. This looks like it's going to turn out structurally a strain most growers would say to SCROG. I'll try to get some pics of it tonight if I don't smoke too much weed and get lazy :)

Well I didn't smoke too much weed and get lazy, but I couldn't get pics anyway. As many times as I've seen a small amount of pollen fly, with all the flowers on this breeding project male (I picked a good healthy one) my dumb a$$ shook it at the bottom where the stem comes out of the pot and it looked like somebody threw a palmful of flour :( My eyes got as big as a saucer and I shut the door as fast as I could. The unit is behind a wall so there's not really much of a chance of cross-pollination, but I wrapped a towel around my head and crawled out from the room the unit is in to be safe. I'm gonna have to give that unit a good cleaning when this grow is done. And I can do away with the male in a few days too. Oh before I fug dup I fed these FF week 7 (1 tsp. less of the bases), CalMag, and I'm going to use up a product I have called Sweet Citrus on this grow too (for flavor, even though the seeded buds will all go for kief).

The clones I have from the original are looking weak; if they don't pick up I'm going to chop the one I have coming up early to try to keep it going as a reveg. I'm close to the end of this part of my breeding project so I don't need an original plant to compare against, but I like the weed and want to keep it. These don't clone well but I have hope for the second one I took, and there's one in the mother's pot.

When I chop for reveg I can spread that CDDBX3-3 SCROG out more; it's looking decent so far. This is going to be the way I try to keep bud rot down; more nugs that are smaller and not a few that are large.

Gotta get the day going things are starting to look okay, so the roller coaster might be on the way up again for a time better enjoy the ride :)

Note: Just for the hell of it since my tomato plants seem to be doing okay, I fed the SCROG Chem project plant the aerated compost tea I'm using on my garden (approx. 4-1/2 gal. non-chlorinated water, 1 cup vermicompost, 1 cup worm compost, 3 Tbsp. molasses, and 1 cup processed chicken manure 3-3-3). I have a feeling I'm going to see good results. Hell I have to reach up and hold the watering can over my head to foliar feed those tomato plants :) I even put a little on my CDDBX3 clones, but they look rough as I've mentioned. I'm going to chop the next (and last) CDDBX3 clone early and try to reveg it. I'll get some pics up as soon as I can busy lately......

Another run up into the lights breeding project grow! :) Here the 4 mothers and 1 father are:

I tried to get a shot of the pollen but it didn't go too well:

3 of the 4 mother plants (the hermie I chopped too) look close to the same:

Here's the original clone I'm chopping this week:

I'll post a pic of the SCROG as soon as I see if the nutes helped.

Just do like I do Trix. Start at the top of your subscription list (latest posted) & work your way down. Yours always seems to be one of the top ten when I do this.

Looking mighty fine in here Chimp. The father plant is a bigamist.

:goodjob: nice frosty bud, looks like it was rolled in sugar, :yummy: I got some catchin up to do,

you have a great crowd in here, great plants/ shares & my favorite lots of 's

any suggestions on what thread I might start with? :passitleft: thanks, that fatty is all you, I;m out :surf:

The first two on my signature are continual threads and I usually add the latest thread I'm doing at the bottom of my signature. I don't know I guess here's a good place. I've bombed out on a few grows; my Haze grows are ones you'd want to skip unless you really want some good laughs :)

In all actuality Chimp I learn more from the issue plagued threads than I do from the smooth sailing ones. It's learning how to combat the issues that seem to help me more. When I've tried to duplicate a successful grow another member did it hasn't worked out for me.

Well it was a heavy hearted chop on the CDDBX3 this afternoon and I put the plant back into reveg. To be honest I just don't care how much was on it. I'll try to get some pics up soon of the reveg and the dried buds. I'm just not in the right mood for this today; sorry everybody.
