I was just getting ready to ask you GrowMeisters for a solid plan for making some oil /edibles and look at this! Muchos Gracias!

I know the potency would differ but from what I remember reading here(so much info to digest) that the trimmings would work for this as well? Hate to waste anything from what I’ve grown. And throwing stuff like that in the trash like normal garbage is a no no in my humble opinion.

Trim is usually calculated at about 50% of what you think your flowers gave you, so you need twice as much for the same concentration. Something to keep in mind when calculating how much to use.

That is a beautiful bud.

And the finished product- there's 3.5 oz. of good weed in there, so it's some real strong stuff!
The coconut oil is dark brown until it solidifies, then it turns pale green- you can see a little of it in the first pic.

And that's all there is to that! Mrs.C. will be set for gummies for quite awhile!

You could turn it all into kief. Here's what I have after a few sessions of dry ice sifting through a 220 micron bag. I'm sure there is still lots of plant material there, but I'm planning to get it lab tested to find out.

Probably not- It's still doing it's job, so it'll probably stay on there till the end...I had to hold it in place with pushpins because the plant kept lifting it up...

Hi, HashGirl! This time, I used 3 cups of oil - I usually just do 2 cups, but this time I figured why not just fill that jar all the way up, so I don't have to do it again for quite awhile. That's also why I used an ounce more weed than usual (3oz+ instead of 2oz.)

You could turn it all into kief.

That's an idea, It would sure take up less room if I did that...
Damn, that's a lotta kief!
