Carcass' $150 Low Budget Grow 2019

I'll send you some to try out!
That would be great!
I want to make it for bug bites as well!
The fleas don't care for me, but they just love Mrs.C (and the cat, obviously ;))
Anything that helps her would be greatly appreciated, since she's very vocal about "that effing cat bringing in the effing fleas"
It's like a miracle treatment.
That would be nice, since she won't wear the flea collar that I got for her....:)

I don't know too many wives that would!
I didn't really get one just for her, but I might have suggested it.... ;)
Just put a diamond on it.

Well, yesterday's Dr.S. cbd harvest took longer than I thought it would, but I finally got it done- after trimming that thing, I really appreciate the smaller plants that I grow indoors...

So here's a few pics of the day-long process- it didn't help that I'm slower than molasses in January....

Final pic before the chopping began:

And after removing the big fans: (I should have done this on Tuesday, but decided on Netflix instead:))

One last pic of the odd doublewide bud:

4 hours later....

The skeleton:

Finally done with the trimming, now to prep it for drying in the fridge-(low n' slow -thanks @MrSauga and @13goody13 !)
I broke down the big colas so they'd fit in the paper bags ,& got rid of a lot of stems...
The stuff in the collander is going to end up in some cbd gummies eventually....

Couldn't resist one more of the trimmed up odd bud:
1600973278730.jpeg

So here's where it'll live for the next 8 days or so...(the "pyramid o' pot:cheesygrinsmiley:)
1600973448436.jpeg

It was a bit rootbound in that little 3 gallon pot: (not quite as bad as I expected it to be, but pretty bad)
1600973719028.jpeg

And that's it for that one- didn't weigh anything yet, but there's a lot of it, so we'll find out how much after it's dry...
It was a really nice n easy plant to grow- had a little powdery mildew problem, but got most of that taken care of before harvest.
And that's about it for that one- I've got 2 more of those going, so I'm going to have enough cbd to last me a loooonnng time.....

Thanks for looking!
I Hope everyone's having a great week, and continuing to stay safe out there!

Congrats on getting the first one done. Looks like a lot of quality CBD bud to enjoy. :blunt:

Cheesecake is right on track to fill the box. :thumb:

Good to hear you enjoyed some quality family time. Have to treasure those moments.

Nice harvest carcass! Looks like a good yield.
Thanks, Smokey! I usually weigh the wet stuff, then estimate the yield- but by the time I got it all trimmed up
I was tired of messing with it...there is quite a bit of it though...
.which you put out to dry in the sun for the salve bin.
It's all in a 5 gallon bucket, and I'll give it a little stir every day- It's 84f and windy today, so it's not going to take long...

Thanks, Vet! I'll end up with quite a bit, but there's quite a few people who want a some of that cbd harvest...along with the other 2 plants, there'll be plenty to go around.
Those plants aren't going to get as big as that one (thank goodness ;))

What a fabulous result!

And OMG your trim is on fleek!

:) :) :)

low n' slow -thanks @MrSauga and @13goody13
:high-five:
Nice harvest carcass and congrats on winning the most silliest looking bud of the year so far. Being vaginally challenged I'm not 100% sure, but there does seem to be some similarities between the two. Nothing worse than getting poked in the eye while smoking it so keep your eyes closed.

Thanks, TraLa! The first 4 hours of trimming always looks real nice, but as time grinds on, it gets a little sloppy- but the sloppy stuff is going to end up in the Magical butter machine anyway, so a few extra leaves don't really matter
Love the bud structure of that random Dr S, nice looking pheno you’ve got there,
The topped clone looks just like mom (mom was topped too)- the other (untopped) one looks like a short, fat Christmas tree...She was a nice, easy plant to grow, but I had to stay on top of the powdery mildew...
Congrats on the harvest darlin!
Thanks for the kind words,VG! I was checking the trichs on the chemDog this morning, and It looks like I'm going to be doing this again in a few days- I thought I was going to get a 2 week break, but the trichomes say no...

It looked a bit vaginal before trimming, but now it looks kind of like a big d--k !
Confirmed!
See above ↑↑;)
