That’s how you know we’ve reached ‘good friends’ status. We don’t need to do pleasantries, just jump right in like no time has passed! 
We’re doing good over here, pluggin along in this world! Growin weeds. Lol. Hope you and Mrs. C are doing good. Whenever I call her Mrs. C, it makes me think of happy days.

My next door neighbor always shoots off about $1000 worth of illegal fireworks- so even though all the legal fireworks shows have been cancelled, I've got a front row seat to his show...he just might get busted this year- the cops are really cracking down on the illegal stuff this year because of the fire danger.
($2500.00 fine)
I have one box of sparklers leftover from last year, so Mrs.C. and I are gonna "get all crazy" for like 5 minutes on the 4th...

This is the outdoor LRx, it lives in this really interesting spot that gets great sun. It’s hard to tell but it’s a nice healthy 36” tall with that pot.
Definitely not a lowrider like it’s indoor sis.

Damn, she's really loving that spot- She's taking after her daddy- mom was only 14" tall, but daddy was a 5 footer,IIRC..
No fires yet! - he gave the neighborhood a little "teaser" last night...fortunately for him, he stopped just before the sheriff cruised past- but now he's on their radar, so tonight should be interesting....

yesterday would have been the start of the Calgary stampede but it's been cancelled this year because of the covid-19. They did have the fireworks last night my usual spot for watching them was packed. So we quickly had to improvise and then end up watching them from the bridge going to the train station. It was okay but it's nothing like having them right over your head.

The main fireworks show in my area is staged on the pier in Pismo Beach- I've been to it about ten times in my life,and 9 of those times, it was too foggy to see anything but a "glow" in the sky. (most people just go there to get shitfaced anyway
)So folks aren't missing much with it being cancelled- there's been substantial "marine layer activity"
for the last week or so...in other words,it's been foggier than shit- as it will be again tonight....

Yep, was just a normal Saturday for me. I was in spirit of all my friends down south though... I actually lived through it on a different social media website (IG). Saw hundreds of videos and pictures of fire works and drinking, and America things lol. I had a ballI hope you all have a great 4th too, even though it's just a regular Saturday up there!
Like a lot of us here life seemed to get really busy all of a sudden. Quieting down now so we should be back to some sort of normality. Thanks Back!

Thanks,Mr.Sauga!.. I found out last night that apparently, Mrs.C. and I were the only ones in the neighborhood that didn't buy a bunch of illegal fireworks- we just watched the show...an hour of it, anyway-it went on for 3 solid hours- sounded like a war zone around here....

I took a couple of days and did a bunch of stuff around here- mostly stuff that I'd been putting off for a month or so... for example, when I had to start wearing my cleanest dirty clothes, I decided it was finally time to fix the washing machine....
