On the subject of poo and pee, my bro got a composting toilet. It's pretty cool, after the business is done you just put a scoop of this sawdusty looking stuff in it and bob's your uncle! You turn the crank on it which is located outside.....and out comes lovely soil-like compost. The product that came out smelled......that's right......smelled like rich soil, dark. He plans on putting the waste from his harvest inside it instead of the sawdusty stuff.......the whole thing works for free....no water, no leach field........no plumbing!

I'd give my left one; (Well maybe my left pinky toe) to have an outdoor grow or even a grow room for that matter. Maybe I'll move my bed & desk into the Living Room. LOL

I am very fortunate with space here, I have 30 acres to play with. LOL I only worry about weather, it is soooo unpredictable here. The greenhouse I'm planning should do the trick for most of it, but I would really like to try something out in the elements of nature just to see how it goes.

Hey, do you or anyone here by any chance know how to work the "share" feature on posts? I want to transfer an answer about seeds from one thread to here. I can't seem to get that to work with transferring the actual post. :hmmmm:

Or, for extra assurance you could leave that branch on the plant and keep it growing to be SURE that you get mature seeds. I have used batches of seeds that some were quite mature and some were crappy, you will always hand select from your seed bank....with a loupe and a pair of tweezers and get those seeds that look simply lovely to you. It's a rewarding task you have undertaken..........my hats off to you!"
