Just a small update here until my girls' lights come on. It looks like the pistils (flower) is dying back on the pollinated stem. I take that as a good sign that the seeding process is taking place. I will try to get a picture, and do them as it progresses.
Also, the leaf yellowing...I posted a question to KJC's new thread and I think after the answers I read I'm going to go ahead and add some cal/mag to the feed tomorrow. I hope it helps. I wouldn't worry so much if it was only yellowing at the bottoms, that would be natural. But it's pretty much all over on one plant. The buds are doing fine, I'm just worried on the leaves. If too many suffer yellowing and die off they can't very well be supplying much in the way of nutrients, right?

Well, I'm just tickled......brown? LOL
Here's some pics of the pollination progress. First one up is a pic of the pollinated branch next to the closest unpollinated one. There are no signs of brown on the unpollinated...which tells me I did the pollen right and it didn't stray!! :yahoo:

Ya know guys and gals...I'm just wondering if maybe I should start a journal just for the pollination/seeds attempt? It is a totally different process than the standard growing and maybe others who aren't subscribed here would like to see it as it goes. IF I get seeds, I will go straight to germination and growing from them and document that along with it.
What do you think? I know that I am still a noob and all, but maybe that will be even a better reason to try it. If it fails, it fails.... All of your input is appreciated. :thumb:

Okay, so If I do another journal I would be showing the pollination process (including collecting the pollen) crossing the master kush with white widow, the growth of the seeds on the branch, extracting the seeds and germination and growing the plants.
So my thread title is what I'm thinking on. Here's first thoughts:

Cannafan's pollination excercise making seeds crossing Master Kush/White Widow & grow

That's just a quick one, but I think it's too long. LOL Any suggestions out there?

That's cute Rico, maybe expound on it a bit....
There is another "Canna" on this site though, that I've seen references to recently...I don't want to confuse people.
Cannafan pollinates Crosses MK with WW?
Or
Cannafan cross pollination experiment MK X WW? Would that be enough information on the whole process?
I'm so indecisive sometimes. LOL
