Cannafan's Perpetual Grow - Where Everything Changes - Autos - Photos - Seeds & More!

re: Cannafan's Perpetual Grow - Where Everything Changes - Autos - Photos - Seeds & More!

I had a little time for some "sticky" pics this morning. I am so happy with how THC Bomb is coming along. :)

Here's a couple of the other girls:

I saved these with the wrong month date...THAT will confuse me later. LOL

Wow, frosty! Canna, were those Sleestacks in the screen house before they moved indoors? They sure blew the wildings out of the water.

Yes, they were in the screen house. And I totally agree. LOL
The only issue I had was the depletion of nutrients, in my opinion, from rains. I think if I had thought of that a lot earlier on I would have had much more life to them. There were very little for leaves left and not much lower buddage by the time they came inside.
Live and learn...

I'm hoping on the clones getting legs, one of them is a very long stem clone so I may have to cut it a couple times. ;-)
I thought I had more of the freebie seeds, but I'm out.

Thanks for popping in Mr. two-timer....

Those sleestacks are fantastic! I just did some indoors and they just don't compare. Were those Herbies freebies? I have a few still to pop myself from a couple orders back. I think they are back to 10 Afghans again instead of the sleexskunks.

:high-five:

High Dr. Bob!

Yes, those were Herbie's freebies from last year. They are currently offering the Afghani seeds for freebies, I just placed an order a couple days ago.

I have a couple clones I'm trying to root so I can try indoors now.

Thanks for popping in and good to see you back.

I wanted to say "HIGH SISTA" on page 100.:adore:

Say hi to mom. :circle-of-love:

re: Cannafan's Perpetual Grow - Where Everything Changes - Autos - Photos - Seeds & More!

Thanks guys! Another 100 pager....yey!

Will say Hi to Mom brother dear. :)

So, I've had enough of this spoiled rotten child of a problem plant that wants a 4 foot long grow light all to herself. Rather stingy, if you ask me.

tied_up_3.jpg

I tied her up, and sent her into the corner until she acts right and learns to share.
I didn't do it without food though....I'm not that cruel. LOL Yesterday she got a dose of Grow, Bloom, Micro and some extra Cal/Mag. I removed all of the yellow leaves...again, and I hope that brings her around to my way of thinking.
There's enough room now to put a couple more plants under the light. She'll just have to learn to like it or get tossed out. I don't have time for this. ;-)

Happy page 100 lovely lady green thumb. If you want to try a good auto, try World of Seeds Wild Thailand Ryder. Mine is curing in 10 bottles. It is too potent for me to do alone. World of Seeds says it is 23% THC. It hits my PTSD hard and lots of anxiety. Scary Bud Syndrome (SBS). Thanks to Cajun for his suggestion to add some Indica. Going to try that today. Can't just chuck it out. I have heard vacuum packing is good for long term storage, maybe I'll try that.

I am going to make some oil from her this weekend. Just 4 ounces. Then I will know how well she works for my medicine. Growing makes this old man feel young again. 65 going on 25.

re: Cannafan's Perpetual Grow - Where Everything Changes - Autos - Photos - Seeds & More!

Looks like a tumbleweed now...What a gangly beast!

Yeah, I thought that when I was done too. :laughtwo:

I will probably be sacrificing some of the inner lower buddage, but it doesn't bother me as much as trying to deal with the width of it and wasting that light on a sick plant for the rest of the grow.

The other plant recovered quite well and is thriving now with healthy leaves.

Wow WJ, you go dude! I know what you mean on how growing makes you feel younger. Even my stiff knees (don't we all suffer that as we get older?) have been relieved the past few weeks. Going up and down stairs to take care of plants is a whole lot more satisfying than deep knee bends. LOL

I've read several journals in the past that have grown the Wild Thailand, I'm going to add that to my wishlist on Herbie's for the next order.
:thanks:

Do let us know how that oil works out for you. Always love to have info for future concoctions ya know.

Lots-o-Love to you and the Mrs.

"I taught I saw......."

a little white powder on a leaf when I was tying up that plant. I dismissed it at the time, she was no where near anything I pollinated.

As I was sitting here enjoying the final cuppa, it was needling at me.

I went down and looked at her and thought it looked awfully "seedy" to me on those buds.

Yepper, I'm about to have a helluva bunch of beans!

That plant has nanners on every single bud. And seed calyxes are forming all over the place.
Thank goodness there is no fan in that room and the Smart Grow light does not have a fan. It probably would have blown that stuff everywhere.
As it is, I'll probably have a seed or two on the other girls in the room....anyone's guess at to whether any pollen got transferred.

Now I have to figure out how to get it out of there or just hang something in front of it to keep any stray pollen out of the rest of the room.

The two plants I put with it earlier have been moved out of the way, I don't think they were far enough into flower to be affected.....I hope. LOL

Apparently that cold draft in the garage and moving her stressed her just enough to say "I've had enough of that crap!"

re: Cannafan's Perpetual Grow - Where Everything Changes - Autos - Photos - Seeds & More!

I have to find a positive in chit I can't do anything about....

They will be feminised beans, and it's my own home cross of Master Kush and White Widow that will give me plenty of beans to carry it on. :-)

I changed clothes and washed up my hands, and hung a large piece of mylar in front of it. There should be no pollen getting out of there now. Only worried about the temp in the corner, I put the thermometer in there and will read it before I head for work.
The beauty of the Smart Grow LED is that there is no fan, the heat is supposedly absorbed in the unit housing itself. We'll see if that holds true. :)

So, in the end she got her way. She has that light all to herself again.

I swear, my next journal title is going to be "Cannafan's Grow, Where Everything Changes, and It Changes Everything"

re: Cannafan's Perpetual Grow - Where Everything Changes - Autos - Photos - Seeds & More!

Ya know... the WW I had to burn was the same kinda structure so maybe this will help me get over murdering her...:yikes: Thank you.... That must have hermied in like a minute cause I know how OCD you are with your girls.... I can't imagine you missing the nanners for long .... especially that many.....:circle-of-love:

Yeah, you can feel better now. :) This is the WW x MK, you and I both had trouble with males on that.
Now, they are assured to be female. LOL

Those nanners were tiny, had to use the jewelers loupe to be sure what they were. So, I'm pretty sure I caught it early enough before they all opened and dropped the pollen. Nice thing is, they will drop just a little pollen straight down as opposed to a stacked bunch of pollen sacs flinging it around everywhere. :)

I wonder if this will help to stabilize the strain? My knowledge on the stabilizing is somewhat lacking. :)

re: Cannafan's Perpetual Grow - Where Everything Changes - Autos - Photos - Seeds & More!

Actually it is my understanding that a hermied bean is most likely to carry the hermie trait and is likely to hermie at about the same time in the process.... Info from KingJohnC :adore: so you know I believe it.....:circle-of-love:

re: Cannafan's Perpetual Grow - Where Everything Changes - Autos - Photos - Seeds & More!

I think I did check on that last year. I'll have to go back through my journals. It seems like I checked on that when that White Widow plant bolted on me in the first grow.

They will make good beans to throw around outside next spring, if nothing else. :)

Edit: yepper, hermie traits. I had talked to Wildrosebud about that at the time.

I wonder if WildRoseBud is still around? Lots of members here that I miss.

Oh, if anyone is wondering..I went over the other plant that was in the draft with a fine toothed loupe. No nanners in sight! :)
